In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Research and Development
- Work with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to scope and develop a new strategic programme to secure high-value income-generating charitable partnerships to help reach more young people
- Work with key corporates to inspire them and better understand the kind of offer that might be attractive to them
- Identify and research opportunities to build new six-figure, multi-year partnerships with corporates to support targeted Spear Centres around the UK
Pitching
- Develop tailored partnership proposals for each prospective corporates, including volunteer engagement opportunities and funding requests
- Provide specific funding projects, budgets and other financial information as required
- Meet with individual potential partners to present and promote the overall work of Resurgo and the benefits of corporate partnerships and represent Resurgo and the team at community and industry events
- Work with the Corporate Partnerships team and Resurgo Communications team to assist in developing tools, collateral, campaigns and messaging to reach prospective corporates and increase brand awareness
Account Management
- Once established, manage existing relationships with high-value Spear Centre corporate partners, devising a partnership plan for each and ensuring they are appropriately stewarded
- Work with the Corporate Partnerships Executive to utilise volunteering opportunities to increase engagement among corporate partnerships
- Maintain high levels of engagement with corporate partners through meetings, regular updates and timely reports, at a level appropriate to their considerable investment.
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic records for all corporate prospects and partners
- Assist in training and equipping the sponsored Spear Centre to take part in stewarding the corporate partnership on a long- term basis
Active participation in and support for Resurgo’s team and mission
- Help build and develop Resurgo’s ethos and Christian life as a team member including leading and contributing to daily team prayer meetings as an integral part of Resurgo’s operation and for the success of its mission.

- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to produce compelling proposals for a professional, corporate audience

Working in the Brand & Content team, you will be leading on the delivery of our big integrated campaign, launching in October, in collaboration with our creative and media agencies,

This a 12 month Senior Brand Marketing Manager maternity cover contract. We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our London office. Your travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced corporate partnerships new business expert to join our team.
This pivotal new role will be responsible for securing high-value, seven-figure (financial and non-financial) partnerships with corporate entities that protect and empower refugees globally.
The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of strategic partnership prospecting, manage relationships with key corporate prospects, and line manage a Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a new comprehensive business development strategy that will lead to seven-figure, sustainable corporate partnerships, delivering both unrestricted and restricted income.
- Coordinate market research to identify potential high value, strategic corporate partners that can deliver income, visibility and shared value for UK for UNHCR and UNHCR.
- Proactively approach prospects for partnership discussions.
- Develop stewardship plans for top prospects, ensuring full use of senior leadership, technical colleagues and established private sector network.
- Develop unique combined financial and non-financial partnership propositions that lead to transformational partnerships.
- Lead the prospecting cycle: from first meeting, through to opportunity development, through to negotiation and contracting.
- Supervise and mentor a Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Philanthropy and Communications, to align partnership efforts with organisational priorities.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying and responding to fundraising opportunities at pace.
- Represent UK for UNHCR at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build connections.

Job purpose
The National New Business team are on an exciting trajectory, having recently just reshaped our team to align with the NSPCC’s strategy. We now have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a New Partnerships Manager who will specialise in acquiring Charity of the Year partnerships up to the value of £400k, while also supporting on acquisition of a larger pipeline of high profile, high value 6 - 7 figure partnerships.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated fundraiser to join our successful team as we embark on a major capital campaign to raise £150m. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, this role will be responsible for personally securing six and seven-figure gifts from High-Net-Worth Individuals.

· Excellent administration and organisation skills, demonstrating the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.
· Ability to work well as a member of a team as well as on own initiative.
· Ability to attend early morning and evening events as required, acting as an ambassador for the Natural History Museum.
Desirable
· A demonstrable track-record in securing and managing funding from high-net-worth individuals.
· Management experience.
· Experience of working with a fundraising / CRM system.
· Experience carrying out research to a brief (preferably fundraising research, including external research, such as giving history and funding priorities, and internal research, such as gathering figures, statistics and information).
· Knowledge of and an interest in natural history, science, environmental and/or the cultural sector.
