The vision of Wild Impact (registered as Africa Foundation) is a future where the communities we partner with are (i) actively advocating for, and supporting, the restoration and conservation of the wild landscapes and seascapes we’re working in; and (ii) deriving meaningful socio-economic benefit from these areas.
Wild Impact currently works in 11 landscapes and seascapes situated in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Tanzania and Kenya, and are expanding to work in additional landscapes and seascapes in Africa, South Asia and South America. It works in close collaboration with &Beyond, with a shared Impact Vision guiding and shaping the development and implementation of all projects.
The Wild Impact Theory of Change is structured around 4 focal areas:
- CONSERVING ECOSYSTEMS - supporting improved conservation of the natural ecosystems and biodiversity associated with these landscapes and seascapes
- FUTURE FOUNDATIONS – supporting improved access to primary health care and early-childhood, primary and secondary education in the communities that are the custodians of these landscapes and seascapes.
- TOMORROW’S LEADERS - supporting improved tertiary-education level skills and environmental education in the communities that are the custodians of these landscapes and seascapes.
- THRIVING COMMUNITIES - supporting improved climate change resilience, enterprise capacity, youth employment and sustainable tourism activity in the communities that are the custodians of these landscapes and seascapes.
To support the growth in Wild Impact’s conservation and sustainable development impact, it is recruiting a UK based Senior Partnerships Manager, who will be responsible for developing and implementating a UK and W. Europe focused fundraising drive. Expectation is that the successful individual will be able to increase our existing annual fundraising level of ~$750,000 by an additional ~$ 750,000 by 2026, and thereafter increase their personal fundraising contribution by at least 20% per annum.
The successful applicant will report jointly to the Wild Impact South Africa CEO and the Trustees of Africa Foundation (UK) and work closely with the worldwide Wild Impact Fundraising and Partnerships team.
KEY OUTPUTS:
Development and management of a UK and W. Europe based fundraising and partnerships strategy that will enable the implementation of the shared Wild Impact and &Beyond Impact strategy, including:
o The drafting and submission of all project profiles and grant applications.
o Development and dissemination of all donor and partner communications.
o The delivery and progressive improvement of all donor and partner reports.
o Actively engaging with all donors and partners, which will include significant regional and international travelling.
o Representing Wild Impact at Fundraising events and relevant conferences and workshops focused on Conservation and Rural Community Development.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of a Graduate degree.
- Good understanding of biodiversity conservation, climate resilience and sustainable rural development.
- Proven experience in developing, leading and nurturing fundraising strategies, including individual, corporate, government, bilateral agency and foundation partnerships.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture Impact partnerships.
- Excellent communication, Information Technology, and financial management skills.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Diligence, tenacity, self-motivated, ability to influence, disciplined.
- Strong knowledge of project implementation, data management, analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English with excellent written, digital, and visual communication skills.
- Experience in conservation, climate resilience and / or sustainable development fund raising in Africa. Additional experience in Asia and South America would be beneficial.

The role
We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising success with a particular focus on corporate partnerships. Age UK is currently recruiting for a passionate Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our award-winning Partnership Management team.
As Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive you will help manage and deliver key areas of activity with a 7 figure, multi-year corporate partner for Age UK - Dunelm. We anticipate this will be circa 80% of the role. The remaining time will be managing a portfolio of smaller corporate partners for us. This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of homebased and office working. Our linked office for this role is in London and you would be expected to attend the office once a week (Thursday) for the Corporate Partnership team day. The role may involve occasional travel, including some overnight stays.

The Wallich is one of the most important organisations working to combat homelessness in Wales. Art Fund is the UK’s national charity for museums and galleries. We fundraise to help public arts organisations to develop and share their collections, to connect with their communities, to invest in professional development for their staff, and to inspire the next generation.

As Senior Manager: Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a critical role in raising support for Art Fund by developing the Corporate National Art Pass – Art Fund’s corporate membership programme – and wider partnership and sponsorship opportunities, enabling businesses to inspire engagement with art and culture and align with Art Fund’s charitable mission.
You will develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with corporate supporters, enhance the membership experience for employees, raise the profile of the scheme and develop a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
Building on your proven track-record of leveraging successful business relationships, you’ll develop proposals for corporate alignment with Art Fund, contributing to our ambitious income targets to bolster our support for UK museums.
As a strong communicator and analytical thinker, this is a chance to lead a creative approach to corporate fundraising and partnerships and shape a longer-term strategy, and to collaborate with colleagues across Art Fund to bring companies closer to our work and the many benefits of access to art and culture.

Here at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to over 750 babies, children, and young people living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, as well as approximately 3,000 people, including families, siblings, and carers, across the East Midlands. Simply put, we’re here to brighten short lives and support families, wherever they are.
This vital work would not be possible without our dedicated Fundraising Team! Rainbows receives just seven weeks of government funding annually, and it is through the relentless efforts of our fundraisers that we’re able to remain open for the remaining 45 weeks each year.
As part of the expansion of our Fundraising Team, we’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Head of Public Fundraising & Supporter Experience to join us!
Location: Hybrid, home-based or hospice-based working. (Initially, this role will require regular presence at the hospice in Loughborough.)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday with the occasional evenings/weekends for Rainbows events.
About the Role
As the Head of Public Fundraising & Supporter Experience, you will play a senior role in our Supporter Relations Management Team and act as deputy for the Director of Income Generation and Marketing. This pivotal position involves developing and leading strategies to grow our income, engage supporters, and deliver an outstanding supporter experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing, collaborative public fundraising team, delivering against ambitious growth targets
· Supporter Acquisition: Deliver on a dedicated Supporter Acquisition Strategy which delivers 5,000 new supporters over the next five years.
· Strategic Planning: Create and implement an effective public fundraising strategy, encompassing individual giving, lottery, in-memory giving, legacy marketing, and supporter journeys.
· Brand Collaboration: Ensure the integration of Rainbows’ brand and fundraising communications to maximise their impact, developing compelling content and case studies.
· Income Growth: Develop plans with the Income Generation and Lottery teams to grow support from regular givers, cash donors, lottery players, and new committed giving propositions.
· Legacy Fundraising: Maximise support from gifts in Wills through strategic planning and delivery.
· Supporter Experience: Act as the strategic lead for supporter experience across all teams, ensuring every supporter feels valued and engaged.

Requirements
· Significant recent experience in public fundraising that includes managing significant budgets
· Proven success in developing and delivering strategies and operational plans.
· A strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
· A deep understanding of individual giving, lottery, in-memory giving, legacy marketing, supporter care, and supporter experience.
· Experience using data-driven insights from CRM systems to inform strategy and audience engagement.
· A demonstrable track record of achieving income growth.
