We are looking for a Financial Controller to join the National Theatre Finance Team.
The Financial Controller has responsibility for ensuring the National Theatre, and its subsidiaries’ statutory accounting processes, controls and records are managed in accordance with professional standards while being responsive to the needs of the Theatre. We’re delighted to be recruiting a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator to support the manager in their role of leading and directing the WellFamily Service, whilst supervising staff, holding a small case load and deputising for the manager. We have a small, supportive and successful team and take a personalised, holistic and collaborative approach to assessing and supporting individuals referred by GPs, Foodbanks and other partnership agencies. The WellFamily Service is commissioned by the South West London Integrated Care Board and delivers much needed support for between 2-6 sessions, in a community setting, GP surgery or by phone.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the Service Manager and other Senior Wellbeing Coordinator and take a lead on the quality assurance of work completed by the WellFamily team. This includes maintaining a high standard of overall governance including report writing, case management records and developing and maintaining compliance with the organisation’s safeguarding standards. You will work to implement audit processes and line manage at least one member of the team. In addition, you will carry a small caseload alongside your management responsibilities.
- Collaborating with partnership agencies and promoting co-production with guests and service users, you will provide 1:1 personalised support to individuals and identify wider issues that impact health and wellbeing. You will address individuals’ unique needs by designing bespoke wellbeing plans and establishing partnerships, helping individuals make positive, long-lasting lifestyle changes and play a pivotal role in diversifying and personalising care in local communities.

- To join us as a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator you will have excellent holistic assessment and consultation skills. You’ll be an effective communicator who excels at building trusting and empowering relationships with individuals, and be able to work closely with a variety of professionals and stakeholders. The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in working within a substance misuse treatment and recovery setting, must have specialist training and supervision in one or more complexities alongside substance misuse. Have an understanding of risk and risk management, as it applies to substance misuse and complexity. Have a working knowledge of Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults framework, the ability to follow procedure and development of a culture of safe practice. How you will make a difference

The Miscarriage of Justice Support Service is a very unique service providing a broad range of support and advice to people whose criminal convictions are quashed by the Court of Appeal. The majority of people have been in prison for many years and need extensive help and support to begin to rebuild their lives based on their own individual needs.
The role will support individuals in a broad range of areas including welfare benefits, housing, accessing health services, accessing psychological and mental health support, accessing work or volunteering, getting involved in community activities, and other topics subject to the individual needs of each person.

Media Trust Films bridges the gap between charities and filmmakers, creating powerful films that amplify the impact of grassroots organisations by leveraging the expertise of our talented directors, many with lived experience of the causes they’re supporting.
We carefully match charities with experienced volunteer filmmakers who produce and direct short films about their designated charity’s work and impact. Media Trust oversees the production, guiding and supporting the charities and filmmakers as needed.
We also provide training for charities on the filmmaking process and distribution strategies for their finished film, as well as training for filmmakers on intersectional story-telling and working with people with lived experience.

About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our award-winning Media Trust Films’ team. You will work closely with the Head of Media Trust Films and our team of Executive Producers and provide them with vital logistical and administrative support, ensuring all our projects are on track.

About the Role
We are looking for a Policy and Research Officer who is passionate about mental health service provision in the UK, to join a vibrant and thriving team, working to build the psychotherapeutic evidence base in support of the public interest and the charitable objectives. With management responsibility for up to 8 part-time staff, this is a crucial role within our small but growing organisation, combining team leadership with hands-on support for session delivery, including helping with the washing up if that’s what is needed!
We work with families who face a range of significant challenges, including low income, trauma, and inadequate housing. An important aspect of this job is working closely with the delivery team to understand and respond to individual and group needs. The Programme Manager is responsible for ensuring that families have access to the right kind of support, both within sessions, and from external organisations, from food banks to Family Hubs.
Since 2014, we’ve been working to make Kitchen Club more effective and establish a clear model for what ‘good’ looks like. The Kitchen Club Programme Manager will play a key role in continuing to drive improvement. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious about what can be achieved within our existing frameworks, but who is also able to contribute new ideas to enhance reach and impact, working closely with the Chief Executive to take our work to the next level.
