Why people work with us

People who work with us are committed to our values and mission that "no-one should face a mental health problem alone".

The work can be challenging, but it is equally rewarding.  There is a strong team ethos and we hold regular all staff meetings and social events.   Staff wellbeing is a priority for us, and we aim to make sure that staff are supported to meet the challenges of the job and working arrangements are sustainable.

We are positive about flexible working such as part-time working and job-sharing, including at senior levels.

We encourage all staff to develop their own wellbeing plan which will include acting on any adjustments needed to enable staff with disabilities to overcome any barriers to being fully productive at work.

We have an Employee Assistance Scheme and hold regular mindfullness lunchtime sessions and yoga classes which are designed to promote wellbeing.
