We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Service Manager contract to join our small team of 3. Solace is a unique mental health drop-in centre providing a welcoming and supportive community for adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges. With 85 members, many diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression, Solace offers a safe space where individuals can feel included, build confidence, and make meaningful connections at their own pace. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team: Providing high-quality guidance, advice, and leadership to frontline care and support staff.
• Day-to-day operations: Overseeing the service in collaboration with the Service Manager, ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed and recovery-focused support to residents.
• Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, including the community rehabilitation team within the mental health trust.
• Service promotion: Representing the service and providing outreach-based provision to engage with stakeholders.
• Health and safety: Conducting health and safety checks, internal audits, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
• Document preparation: Preparing documents for external meetings
• Incident management: Advising on and responding to incidents as they arise.
• Service leadership: Managing the service in the absence of the Service Manager, ensuring continuity and high standards of care.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate community -based housing advice and support worker. This role involves conducting community drop- in surgeries which will be delivered across Lambeth Schools, Children’s Centres, Community Groups, GP practices and

Housing Advice Surgeries offering face-to-face housing advice, legal support (where necessary), and signposting to additional service.

You will have experience of working with families and individuals with complex needs. You will be an enthusiastic person who has empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to working with clients and who thrives when working independently with a passion to support change. What you will be doing

The Director of Fundraising will be a key member of our executive team reporting directly to the Secretary General. As our first Director of Fundraising, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own team to help you deliver the fundraising strategy.

Purpose of This Role: 

This is a crucial role to support NASP’s strategic objectives to promote and spread social prescribing at a local, national, and international level.

This pivotal role involves supporting a number of programmes that aim to develop social prescribing within healthcare systems. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent project management, administrative, and communication skills to support the development of our growing healthcare integration portfolio, whilst developing skills in supporting complex and strategic projects and a national level. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, with experience in working autonomously, and someone who has a developed understanding of the complexities of health and social care systems both at a Primary Care Network (PCN) and Integrated Care System (ICS) level.

• Support the Healthcare Integration Lead to deliver workforce projects, promoting consistency in social prescribing within ICSs and PCNs 

• Project manage and coordinate our new ‘premium’ monthly webinar series for healthcare professionals; scheduling webinars, liaising with speakers and partners (e.g. clinical bodies), and working with the Communications team to promote to healthcare organisations and the NHS; as well as ensuring technical and administrative support to run smoothly on the day, and reporting impact  

• Assist in developing and delivering educational session focused on neighbourhood health and social prescribing 

• Support with management of relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including NHS England (NHSE), Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), to support healthcare integration initiatives

• Provide coordination, administration and communication support to programmes which focus on engaging the NHS and clinicians, liaising with senior NASP staff, consultants and key partners  

• Assist in establishing and maintaining strategic advisory groups within NASP to foster collaboration, peer support, and knowledge-sharing among stakeholders 

• Plan, implement, and manage projects as directed by the Healthcare Integration Lead and senior leadership, implementing robust project management and evaluation tools ensuring high standards and effective evaluation throughout  

• Support any new NASP initiatives and projects with healthcare integration element 

• Work closely with our Communications team on the dissemination of a variety of resources include guidance, reports and case studies in relation to social prescribing across the health and care system, particularly in relation to long term conditions  

• Champion NASP’s role in building an integrated and effective social prescribing system at local, regional and national levels  

• Produce regular bulletins and updates for advisory groups, clinical networks, and social prescribing champions  

• Design and deliver feedback mechanisms to ensure NASP’s engagement with the NHS and clinicians is effective and can constantly improve, including producing various actionable reports  

• Gather updates, information and collect feedback to support NASP to report to funders including Government (Department for Health & Social Care)  

• Ensure high levels of effective communication across the organisation on matters relating to NASPS’s engagement with health systems, NHS, clinicians and healthcare students; Coordinate engagement in projects and activities 

• Facilitate effective communication across NASP programmes related to healthcare integration, ensuring workforce priorities are embedded across the organisation

Corporate Partnerships are a key funding stream for Movember and an area of growth for the charity. The team has a renewed focus on building long term multifaceted and mutually beneficial partnerships, as well as driving new business to secure the future growth of our partnership revenue.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will have experience working in a fast-paced national Corporate Partnerships team, with at least 4 years’ experience in either high-value 6 and 7 figure Account Management or New Business. This role is responsible for growing the year-round corporate fundraising revenue in in the UK through existing or new partners.

This will achieved by:

• Implementing the strategy for Commercial and Fundraising partnerships under management
• Developing and managing a portfolio of partners worth over £500,000
• Developing and managing a robust pipeline of high value(6 figure) commercial and/or philanthropic prospects
•  Working collaboratively with other Movember income teams in the UK, Europe and in our other key markets, as well as with other Movember functions locally and globally (marketing and impact in particular)

For this role, you’ll need:

• 4+ years’ experience in an account management / development role either at a national charity or in the private sector working on account management of high-value partnerships
• Experience of managing commercial partnerships including account management and stewardship
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience of various aspects of corporate fundraising including licensing, CRM, Employee engagement, Sponsorship
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
• Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
• Self-starter/high level of internal motivation

• Develop and execute NASP’s social media plan, ensuring that activity aligns with the organisation’s strategic priorities, and to develop a holistic social media approach based on organisational objectives 

• Support the Head of Communications on website development and management, such as updating, editing and improving pages, using a CMS, sourcing content and ensuring accessibility 

• Lead on NASP newsletter communications, developing customer journeys through the CRM and implementing effective segmentation of audiences and messages

• Lead on internal communications by writing and sending a weekly staff email, updating the intranet

• Generate case studies and other content across all digital channels and to proactively contribute to the editorial calendar, ensuring relevant content is promoted at the optimal time on the most effective channels
