About the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis role:
The successful applicant will be a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for implementing finance vision, creating a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation. In a financially challenged sector, as Head of Financial Planning & Analyst you will be a critical colleague in the creation of the short and long-term Thera Business Plans and forecasts.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of leading on large scale change management programmes.
You will be working with Senior leaders across the Thera group to transform the finance function. You will have previous experience at a senior level, in strategic transformation and reporting within a complex environment.

What do you need to become our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis?
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with significant post qualification experience at a senior finance level.
- Experience of operating at a senior leadership level
- Proficient in the use of recognised financial accounting software.
- A proven track record of strong capable leadership, performance improvement and organisational change
- Successful track record of overseeing and delivering service improvements.
- Highly proficient in financial modelling using Excel and other modelling tools.
- Knowledge and experience of designing and delivering high quality financial information to aid business planning and decision making.
- Adept at preparing high level financial information and communicating complex matters to all stakeholders.

About the role:
As our Head of New Partnerships, this role will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our long-term high-value partnerships strategy over the next 3-5 years. We’re looking for an exceptional leader to join the Systems Engagement function as the Head of Health Systems Partnerships.
In this senior role, you’ll drive the mission to position the Association as a vital leader and collaborative partner across the entire stroke care pathway.

The Role
As Head of Fundraising and Communications you will be responsible for building the brand of KEMP Hospice across the Wyre Forest and you will be responsible for setting and delivering an ambitious fundraising strategy and achieving income targets in line with objectives. You will manage a lovely fundraising and communications team. You will also be instrumental in maximising income from individual giving, legacy giving, corporate fundraising, community fundraising, fundraising events and trusts & foundations, and lottery.
You will ensure that there is a good stewardship plan in place for donors as well as work closely with the Communications team to develop an integrated communications strategy to raise the charity's profile and support fundraising efforts. You will also oversee the creation of high-quality content to be used across various platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and annual reports.
About You
You will have had proven experience in a fundraising role as well as experience in managing a team. You will also have be able to demonstrate experience in communications and/or understand a wide range of communication techniques. You will also be experienced in implementing and devising a stratergy across multiple income streams.

The Role
Working on a flexible hybrid basis, with occasional travel to the central Peterborough you’ll be the driving force behind the marketing strategy, generating buzz and raising awareness for incredible work. A big part of your role is leading, inspiring, and developing the team, which will require you to undertake rigorous monitoring and evaluation of activities to ensure they meet agreed KPIs, to prioritise resource and enable continuous improvement. On top of this you'll also advise on reputational risk and play a key role in crisis communications should the need arise.
We\'re looking for someone with a qualification in marketing and/or communications such as CIM/CIPR, significant marketing and communications experience in a senior capacity within the charity sector, and Ideally a proven ability in the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and communication strategies.

About the role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our team as our new Head of External Affairs. In this critical role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive external affairs strategy aimed ensuring decision makers and influencers understand the impact of the challenges farming people face and continue to work with RABI to develop and implement solutions that building physical, mental and financial resilience. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive while building and leading a new External Affairs department.
You will be tasked with establishing strong relationships with government officials, Members of Parliament, and farming sector representatives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will develop and deliver an external affairs strategy that supports the charity’s objectives to build farmers personal resilience and ensure farming people’s wellbeing is a fully embedded principle within key policy making decisions.
What we are looking for
You will come with a proven track record in leading and implementing successful external affairs strategies that align with organisational goals. Significant experience in advising at senior levels and expertise in integrated external affairs, including drafting public affairs briefings and developing policy positions will be crucial. As well as an exceptional influencing and networking ability, alongside exemplary written and oral communication skills.
We need someone with experience managing teams through organisational changes and be open, confident, and collaborative in engaging with others. Importantly you will be adept at building relationships at the Ministerial level and fostering cross-party support for policies while integrating service user voices into strategies. Strong stakeholder engagement and planning skills are required to manage a diverse portfolio of projects. A commitment to the objectives of RABI, a full clean UK driving license, and readiness to travel and on occasion work unsociable hours are also necessary.

This is a key role within the Operations Department reporting directly to the Operations Director, and working closely with Finance and Communications (our fundraising and marketing function). Supporter Care aims to deliver exceptional service to our supporters in terms of administering donations and postal logistics, and via our call-centre. Therefore, a key focus will be the leadership of the Administration and Telephone Support teams (both are within Supporter Care).
A significant objective for this role is the implementation of a new CRM system which is part of UCB’s wider integrated data strategy. Working alongside IT, and Finance in particular, the Head of Supporter Care is responsible for the management of data in the new CRM system. Therefore, you will have knowledge and previous experience of working with CRM systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring Supporter Care staff are trained, and associated ways of working are stream-lined.
We expect you to have leadership experience with strong business acumen and service development, educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience. As part of UCB’s leadership team you should welcome the challenge of prioritising a busy and diverse workload with the ability and flexibility required to meet tight deadlines and the initiative required to guide the Supporter Care staff through this transition period.
