We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Services Officer to provide a fantastic service to our residents, dealing with all tenancy-related matters including support to sustain tenancies, managing arrears, ASB, onboarding of new schemes and sign up of new residents, complaints and resident engagement. This is a pivotal role and will be crucial to our future success, ensuring the service we provide to residents is positive and proactive. We have a small but dynamic team and this means that you will have the unique opportunity to make a real difference to both PCHA and our residents.
We are looking for an established housing professional with at least 3 years’ tenancy management experience. About the role
As a Web Optimisation Manager, you will lead efforts to enhance Christian Aid's digital presence by analysing web traffic, user behaviour, and driving data-informed improvements. A key part of your role will involve running A/B tests to identify opportunities for optimisation and improve conversion rates across our digital platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and implement effective SEO strategies, refine user journeys, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in advanced analytics, testing tools, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) will play a vital role in advancing Christian Aid's fundraising, advocacy, and engagement goals.
Key outcomes
-Drive the strategic development of the digital ecosystem to fulfil Christian Aid's needs and business objectives.
-Develop and implement the charity Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and link-building strategy to improve our web platforms health and attract relevant traffic to support user acquisition targets.
-Deliver key projects, including technical SEO, site audits, keyword research analysis, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and more, aimed at enhancing campaign effectiveness.
-Working with the Senior Digital Content Editor to deliver the digital content strategy across Christian Aid's digital channels, including social media.
-Collaborate with other teams to deliver the digital ecosystem content roadmap, ensuring our content addresses user needs. Brief in content requirements to support the delivery of SEO and CRO—Conversion Rate Optimisation work.
-Lead the tag management strategy, structure, tools, server-side tagging, and CDP - Customer Data Platform integration.
-Continually review and optimise user journey, UX and CRO across the digital ecosystem in order to support both fundraising and non-fundraising goals.
-Use a range of tools and platforms to regularly analyse website performance, produce reports and use key insights to improve user experience and conversion rates and influence wider marketing/comms activity.
-Collaborating with our in-house Digital Development team to plan new digital features and functionalities, execute website structural changes, and ensure seamless CRM integration.
-Maintain knowledge of merging trends and changes in regulations and essential systems (e.g., Google Analytics 4), and advise and recommend to the Digital Lead and others on the organisational response needed to maintain the required capability.
About you
We're seeking a results-driven digital expert with a strong background in web optimisation, including strong experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance user experiences and conversion rates. You are highly skilled in SEO strategy, UX, and analytics tools like GA4, SEMrush, and Hotjar. Your leadership and collaboration skills enable you to guide teams, work with multiple stakeholders, and translate data into actionable improvements. Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) and a solid grasp of HTML and CSS are essential. If you're passionate about using data-led strategies to make a tangible difference, this role offers the perfect opportunity. Experience in eCommerce or the charity sector and familiarity with GDPR principles will be a bonus.

About the Role:
As the Delivery and Volunteer Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the work of the Educational Partnerships team in London and the SE. This means you'll be supporting our work with schools that serve young people from areas with the greatest barriers to social mobility. Fundraising for LSA and ELAM
As sixth form academies, the LSA and ELAM receive funding from the Department for Education. Purpose of the Role

Job Description
DMI is looking to recruit a Research Officer/Manager, whereby candidates from any location where DMI has a permanent presence (London, Antananarivo, Kampala, Lilongwe, Lusaka, Maputo, Mwanza, and Ouagadougou) are invited to apply. More specifically, the Research Officer/Manager role will include the following responsibilities:
1. Designing and managing effective and scientifically robust evaluations (both quantitative and qualitative) for DMI projects.
2. Overseeing, advising, and supporting research teams in DMI’s national offices to conduct routine research activities (for example, focus groups to understand barriers to behaviour change) and other project specific research tasks.
3. Commissioning and managing external agencies (usually based in the country that we are working) to carry out surveys. This includes the competitive selection of an agency, often using a tendering process, liaising with the selected agency and ensuring that their work is of the highest scientific standards.
4. Contributing to writing and publishing reports based on data gathered and methodologies used during DMI projects. This will include articles for peer-reviewed academic journals and wider scientific publications.

As a Tenancy Management Officer you will be expected to ensure that a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient housing management service is delivered to our tenants. Are you an experienced project and relationship manager, passionate about changing the food system? You could soon be leading an exciting new programme to make hospital food in the UK healthier and more planet-friendly. You’ll support our Head of Programmes, carrying out a wide range of tasks, including securing new partnerships with hospital trusts, providing advice on menus, managing relationships, and collecting data to measure the impact of the programme. You’ll develop and deliver an effective strategy, starting with a pilot project with one NHS Trust before rolling the strategy out across the country.
Hospital Plates is the sister programme to our successful School Plates programme. Since the launch of School Plates in 2018, we’ve supported over 90 major school caterers, responsible for the food in over 8,000 schools, feeding over 1.3 million children every day, helping almost 50 million school meals become meat-free or plant-based. Our plan is to replicate this scale of impact in the hospital sector, using the experience and insights we’ve gained within schools.
Reporting directly to our Head of Programmes, you’ll also work closely with our School Plates team including our Programme Coordinators and Chef Trainers, as well as our Public Health Lead, Communications Manager, Director, and the rest of our team.

About the GOC
We are the regulator for the optical professions in the UK. Our purpose is to protect the public by promoting high standards of education, performance and conduct.
About the Advisory Panel
The Advisory Panel is a meeting of the four Council’s committees (Companies, Education, Registration and Standards) in plenary session. They are established by statute for the purpose of giving advice and assistance to Council (whether or not in response to a request from them) on:
· matters relating to business registrants other than matters required by the Opticians Act to be referred to the Investigation Committee, the Registration Appeals Committee or the Fitness to Practise Committee;
· matters relating to optical training, education and assessment;
· matters relating to registration, other than matters required by the Opticians Act to be considered by the Registration Appeals Committee; and
· matters relating to the standards of conduct and performance expected of registrants or those seeking admission to the register.
The committees and the Advisory Panel meet about twice a year. You can read the current terms of reference for the Advisory Panel, Education Committee, Registration Committee and Standards Committee.
Remuneration and time commitment
A daily fee of £319 will be paid. This is in line with our member fees policy and member fee schedule. This is taxable and subject to Class 1 National Insurance (NI) contributions. It is not pensionable.
Members can claim expenses for travel and subsistence costs incurred on Council business as set out in our expenses policy.
This role is part time with a commitment of approximately 2-3 days per year, including time spent preparing for meetings. Meetings will usually take place via MS Teams but may on occasion be held at the GOC Offices in London or other suitable venues.
