About us
Who we are
Everything we do is about supporting vulnerable adults to achieve the best quality of life possible. Our services operate across ten London Boroughs and provide a range of support to people within their local communities. Our services include Residential Care Schemes, Supported Living Schemes and Outreach and Floating Support Services. We support over 1000 people across the North and East London Boroughs and are regulated by Supporting People and The Care Quality Commission
Our culture and values
At Outward, we have been supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, young people, and older people to live their lives to the fullest since 1975. Our excellent staff play a key role in helping the people in our community achieve their goals. However, as a charity founded by volunteers, we know how important the help of the community is when trying to make a difference. Your generosity helps us maximize our impact, whether through making a donation or volunteering to get involved.
Our Mission
To be a flexible, responsive and reliable provider of housing and community support services that is driven by a real understanding of – and firm commitment to – the unique needs and aspirations of each person we support.
