About the Role

The Retail & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for creating a seamless digital shopping experience and online customer journey that creates loyalty through best- in-class customer service and by providing a range of gifts that meet the needs of current and future members and supporters. They will effectively manage the performance of the retail operations, ensuring net profit is maximized in line with Mothers’ Union strategic objectives and values. This role will have a particular focus on developing new customer channels and will need a strong understanding of digital marketing and using data and insight to grow sales.

About you

You are an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of delivering growth of retail sales across multiple channels. Working knowledge of managing a shopify retail business is essential along with experience in retail buying. Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Your experience in writing tailored and high quality applications will be key and an asset to the team!

The UK & International Finance Manager is responsible for the comprehensive financial management, planning, monitoring, and reporting of daily financial activities across HQ and country programmes. This includes providing advice to senior management on financial strategies.

3. Prepare management accounts including analysis of variances and reporting to budget holders, LT and Board.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Teddington Methodist Circuit are seeking a  families and community layworker who can both work effectively with church groups, as well as offer a confident outward-looking approach to working with local communities, especially where there is a high level of social need.

The principal role will be to support the five circuit churches in delivering a range of projects designed to promote more active participation by children and their families in church life.

Building on an existing foundation of well-established groups, but with the scope to plan fresh initiatives in response to identified need, the postholder will be expected to provide direct leadership and support to volunteers who help deliver these services.

St Neots Foodbank was founded ten years ago by the town’s churches; and is part of the Trussell Trust network and is still managed by trustees from those churches. At St Neots Foodbank we have our own warehouse and run four distribution centres across St Neots each week; all currently staffed by over 70 volunteers.

We are looking for

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations at St Neots Foodbank, giving particular attention to operational efficiency and standards in line with the terms of the franchise, including the implementation of existing policies and standard operating processes. You will be instrumental in enabling our Foodbank to continue to support our community and support and guide its future development.

Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be able to demonstrate great leadership qualities to build strong teams based on trust and understanding. Self-motivation, organisation and excellent interpersonal skills will be essential for this role. About you

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and organised Trust Fundraiser with outstanding written communication skills to join our friendly, hard-working, and ambitious Major Giving Team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing relationships, reporting, and application cycles for Trusts and Foundations
• Leading on our prospect research programme to identify new funding sources
• Working closely with colleagues in the programme team to identify projects suitable for prospective funders.
• Using our database of potential donors, write quality and compelling proposals to attract new and significant sources of funding.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, meeting notes and project restrictions on World Jewish Relief’s database (Raiser’s Edge).

You should have:

• Proven track record of fundraising within a trusts, statutory, or a grants role, or other relationship management/business development positions
• Experience of researching and developing proposals for funders, clients, or other stakeholders
• Experience of building both narrative and financial reports for funders, clients, or other stakeholders
• Highly developed writing skills – the ability to write compelling and accessible proposals, reports and appeals

We are looking for a personable Finance Assistant to join our small friendly team. You will; 

• Perform a range of daily core finance tasks such as accounting for daily receipts, Stewardship and other Charity Card donations. 

• Perform daily account reconciliations for bank accounts and manage all incoming enquiries from supporters and potential supporters 

• Perform various office and supporter database tasks as well as taking donations over the telephone from supporters 

You will need to have a passion for Interserve’s vision and mission as well as at least 2 years experience in a finance role. Experience of using an accounting system and IT skills are essential, along with effective administration skills and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively. You should also possess an excellent standard of numeracy as well as accuracy with detailed spreadsheets. You should be able to work independently and as part of the Finance Team.

Muslim Aid is a UK faith-based international development organisation that provides support to communities around the world affected by disasters, conflict, or endemic poverty without regard to their social, religious, or ethnic background.

Summary of the role:

The CRM Project Manager will oversee the successful implementation and enhancement of the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

This role encompasses the management of additional systems like Business Central post-CRM project delivery, and includes technical oversight, troubleshooting and integration management.

The position involves supervising an overseas developer and ensuring effective collaboration across departments to deliver projects on time and budget.

About the Role:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end CRM implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
2. Manage additional systems such as Business Central, ensuring seamless integration and coherence with existing processes. Accurate data entry of HR information systems to maintain data integrity.
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
4. Work closely with the IT team to ensure all systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.
5. Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM and other integrated systems efficiently.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ICT, Fundraising, International Programmes, and Support Services, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives. 

 About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Understanding of development programmes design, implementation and evaluation.
3. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
4. Proven experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
5. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels.
