About the role
You’ll be responsible for leading the development of our Procurement Strategy and the associated policies and processes, as well as managing key procurement activity, increasing the skills of colleagues and developing our approach to reporting and compliance. You will be responsible for promoting good procurement practice with regards to sustainability, ethical purchasing and whole life costing.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Formulating, developing and maintaining an integrated procurement strategy for the NCIs, identifying key areas of opportunity and risk and working with relevant stakeholders to achieve value for money and savings targets
- Identifying and developing strategic supplier relationships that support the delivery of NCI objectives and are in sympathy with the ethos of the Church of England
- Ensuring procurement policies and practices promote compliance with relevant regulations including anti-fraud/bribery/corruption legislation and other applicable laws
- Identifying ways to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency savings throughout the procurement cycle
- Leading the tender process for awarding high value/high risk contracts, ensuring business requirements are understood and delivered, and that competitive, best practice processes are followed and documented
- Building procurement capability across the NCIs through undertaking relevant training and awareness activities with staff in order to promote a best practice procurement approach, ensuring appropriate guidance and materials are available on the NCI intranet site to resource and inform staff

Main Purpose of the Role
The Creative Communications Lead is a key role within the Creative Team. Working in collaboration with the Operations Team, the role holder has responsibility for the strategic oversight of internal and external communications and the practical ability to continue to develop the excellent design, social media and film content that enables and enhances St Stephen’s ministry. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative comms, practical skills to enable the delivery and strategic oversight to bring it all into being.

The details

You will be working for a large faith-based organisation based in Central London. Your new role
- Support the Payroll Manager in providing an accurate and timely payroll service.

You will be working for a large faith-based organisation based in Central London. Although it is a religious charity, individuals from all backgrounds and faiths are welcome.
This is a permanent position that is Hybrid with 2/3 days in the office per week. Working hours are flexible and core hours are between 10-4.
Your new role
- Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and working closely alongside the Finance Systems Analyst.
- Assist with managing and maintaining financial systems and financial related software applications. These include Access Dimensions and focal point, Donor Strategy, budgeting tools and financial reporting platforms.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of financial systems, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting finance teams.
- Assist with resolving system-related queries from users as well as provide user training and documentation across the finance department.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standardised financial reporting templates, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold an IT or equivalent degree / qualification or experience and well-developed knowledge of IT and Financial Systems.
- Demonstrated finance software experience. Specifically, experience using Power BI, Power Query or other Microsoft applications.
- Experience / knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and accounting imbalances.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Summary of the role
The International Salesforce and Systems Project Manager will manage and coordinate the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform and associated integrations. The role will also include support of other change projects where needed in the organization.
As a Salesforce expert and experienced project manager, the post holder will lead and participate in requirements gathering and discovery sessions, understanding organizational needs, defining and mapping requirements, drive user testing and helping to create user stories. Working Closely with their line manager - International Salesforce Developer and Product Owner (SDPO) - they will make sure the organizational requirements are correctly captured and defined, technical requirements are accurately translated, and any change requests follow a clear process.
They will have significant stakeholder management skills, working with staff of all levels across all our countries, as well as external companies, contractors, and third parties. They will lead meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, listen to users' needs, and accurately represent users.
With an understanding of Agile methodologies, UAT, Sprints, and project backlogs, they will be exceptional communicators and bring a proactive and efficient approach to their work.
Requirements for the role:
To be successful in the role you will need to be:
- Experienced project manager with a track record of successful project delivery using agile and traditional project methodologies
- Qualified Salesforce Administrator with proven experience
- Organized - able to project plan in detail, manage project backlogs, report on progress, manage change control processes, explain technical systems requirements in simple terms for non-experts
- Strong communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels (internally and externally) and report on project updates in an appropriate and timely manner
- Have experience in training preparation and delivery.
