The Role:

As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst you'll be providing local IT systems support, training and advice to SNG colleagues and will be responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the organisation's devices, infrastructure and applications.

You'll ensure that our IT support tickets are resolved as efficiently and effectively as possible. Working within operating & service level agreements (SLA) and utilise service desk tools (ITSM system, knowledge system, monitoring etc) to ensure all interactions are accurately logged, prioritised, categorised and resolved. 

This role will provide support for end user computing across all SNG locations. Acting as an escalation point for the central IT service delivery team as well as providing local hands-on support for the wider CIO teams. 

Due to the travel involved you will need to hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle. 

What we need from you:

As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst you'll need to have a high level of customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies.

You will need experience of working on an IT Service Desk or in a Technical team and be able to communicate with our customers in person, by telephone, webchat email or digital assistant. 

A Service Desk/Customer Service oriented certificate such as ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner would be an advantage. 

We are looking for:

• Experience of troubleshooting and demonstrable problem-solving techniques. 
• A sound understanding of hardware knowledge, especially with PCs, printers and other standard desktop/peripheral equipment and AV equipment. 
• Ability to be office based and travel between SNG sites as needed

How the application process will work?

We want to see you at your best to understand your strengths and the contribution you could make at Full Fact with strong support, including for your learning and development. We also want to make sure that we use your time well during this process and don’t ask for more from you than we need to. We will make any reasonable adjustments we need to make to this process to help ensure you can perform at your best. The interview panel will be Jon Chittenden, Product Manager (Supporter Experience), James McMinn, Senior Software Engineer, Laura Dewis, Chief Operations Officer and Mark Frankel, Head of Public Affairs.

The process starts off with an anonymised covering letter and CV. This will be read by at least two people to produce a shortlist for interview.

The first round interviews will be a phone (not video) interview, lasting no more than half an hour, at a time that’s convenient for you. We will record it so at least two people can review each interview to decide who we invite back for the second round. The recordings will be deleted at the end of the process.

The second round will include a structured technical interview and discussion where you’ll have the opportunity to talk about some work you are proud of and find out about how we work at Full Fact.

The final interview will be with the full panel by video and last no more than an hour. We’ll tell you everything you need to know to prepare, including anything we’d recommend reading in advance.

Direct Marketing Coordinator
Location: This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of office-based and home-working. Proximity to Aylesbury is essential, as the postholder will be required to attend the office a minimum of once a week and more frequently during the induction period as needed for meetings or to meet the needs of the role.
Hours: Full time or substantial part time
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience (pro-rata for part time hours)

• Experience of working in a fundraising, marketing or communications role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising & Events Lead to develop and implement an innovative fundraising and events strategy. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging campaigns, fundraising events, and partnerships to generate vital funds and raise awareness of gambling harm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in fundraising, event management, and donor engagement to contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet income targets through individual giving, corporate partnerships, trust and foundation grants, and community fundraising.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and drive initiatives to increase donor engagement and contributions.

Event Management

• Plan, organise, and oversee fundraising events such as gala dinners, charity runs, auctions, and community engagement activities.
• Ensure events are delivered to a high standard, within budget, and align with the charity’s objectives.

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and event participants.
• Implement donor stewardship strategies to encourage repeat donations and long-term support.

Campaign & Event Marketing

• Work with the digital marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for fundraising campaigns and events.
• Ensure strong promotion through social media, email marketing, and community outreach.

Partnership Development

• Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and other stakeholders to establish long-term fundraising opportunities.
• Develop sponsorship packages and secure corporate sponsorships for key events.

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Oversee event budgets and financial targets, ensuring cost-effective planning and monitoring of income and expenditure.
• Provide accurate forecasting and financial reports for fundraising initiatives.

Impact Reporting & Compliance

• Track, measure, and report on the success of fundraising campaigns and events.
• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations, including data protection laws and fundraising standards.
• Monitor risks and ensure events adhere to health and safety protocols.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to align activities and maximise fundraising success.
• Support and guide volunteers involved in fundraising activities.

Person Specification:

Essential:

• Proven experience in planning, organising, and executing fundraising events and campaigns, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector.
• Strong event management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire supporters.
• Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and maximising fundraising revenue.
• Passion for Gordon Moody’s mission and commitment to delivering impactful fundraising activities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:

• Experience using CRM systems to manage donor and event data.
