Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising & Events Lead to develop and implement an innovative fundraising and events strategy. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging campaigns, fundraising events, and partnerships to generate vital funds and raise awareness of gambling harm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in fundraising, event management, and donor engagement to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet income targets through individual giving, corporate partnerships, trust and foundation grants, and community fundraising.
- Identify new fundraising opportunities and drive initiatives to increase donor engagement and contributions.
Event Management
- Plan, organise, and oversee fundraising events such as gala dinners, charity runs, auctions, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure events are delivered to a high standard, within budget, and align with the charity’s objectives.
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and event participants.
- Implement donor stewardship strategies to encourage repeat donations and long-term support.
Campaign & Event Marketing
- Work with the digital marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for fundraising campaigns and events.
- Ensure strong promotion through social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
Partnership Development
- Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and other stakeholders to establish long-term fundraising opportunities.
- Develop sponsorship packages and secure corporate sponsorships for key events.
Budgeting & Financial Management
- Oversee event budgets and financial targets, ensuring cost-effective planning and monitoring of income and expenditure.

Impact Reporting & Compliance

Working closely with the Executive Director, senior team members and trustees, we are looking for an Executive Assistant and Company Secretary who has knowledge and experience of working with senior management and trustees in the arts and/or charitable sector to support the effective governance and leadership of the organisation.
You will be highly organised, diplomatic, and proactive with good attention to detail.
Contract and Hours
Permanent, full or part-time, 1.0 (36.25 hours / 5 days) or 0.8 ( 29 hours / 4 days) per week, 9.15-5.30pm per day, including lunch break. Minimum two days per week are to be worked at Crafts Council office, with requirement to attend all relevant Board and committee meetings and key staff events.

Reporting to

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Company Secretary for board and committee meetings - Organise meetings, planning up to a year in advance and working with trustees to ensure availability
- Prepare papers, ensure that they are issued in a timely manner, draft minutes, keep log of follow up actions
- Support the Executive Director with email and correspondence
- Drafting responses and acting as a first responder, provide personal assistant duties and leadership administration, such as arranging internal and external meetings, travel itineraries and diary management
- Meeting preparation: Prepare agendas, gather necessary materials, and follow up on action items from meetings
- Support the Executive Director in drafting briefing documents, reviewing policy documents and providing succinct summaries
- Project support: Assist with project management tasks, including research, data compilation, and presentation preparation
- Make use of time-saving tools (AI) and ensure that Executive Office is run efficiently and productively
- Support Craft Council Executive team with administration duties, including diary management, presentation design, meeting and travel co-ordination and follow up, processing invoices and expenses
- Support with event management where required, e.g. board and staff away days
- Support the recruitment and induction of new trustees, ensuring that induction packs are up to date and accurate
- Provide administrative support to the Chairs & trustees as required

About the role:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to generate income for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Group through the development and implementation of a Trust & Foundations strategy. This will involve the planning and writing of funding bids, reporting on previous and new grants, liaising with funders and researching new funding opportunities to generate a significant level of income to agreed targets.

About you:

The flexibility and willingness to work several evenings and weekend days throughout the year and ability to travel independently is essential for this role.

As an Associate Director in the Paid Media Team, you'll oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns across clients ranging from leading UK and global charities and UN bodies, to global brands and their CSR programmes.

A day in the life
- Translate clients’ strategic visions into media objectives and KPIs to accomplish a wide range of client objectives including direct response (lead gen and fundraising), awareness, persuasion, and advocacy.
- Analyse ongoing and historical performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, make strategic recommendations, and generate reporting and insights to drive optimisation.

Some things we're looking for
- 6-8 years experience in a hands-on paid media planning and buying role using a mix of digital channels (Social, Search, Display, Video, Audio, etc)
- Demonstrated experience translating client business goals into cohesive media strategies and specific KPIs, and a record executing campaigns that delivered on those goals.

About the role
Solent Mind delivers Wellbeing services across Hampshire, including Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham and Gosport and the New Forest. This post is based in the New Forest locality. The Wellbeing services provide a range of support, including 1-1s, courses and workshops delivered both within the centres and via digital platforms.
The Young Persons Senior Wellbeing Advisor will support clients 18 to 25 years old through 1-1 assessments, facilitating educational courses and social/activity groups, with the aim of enabling people to achieve their goals in a person-centred and inclusive approach. Our Young Persons groups run every week between 6 – 8pm at our New Forest Wellbeing Centres.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 1.00pm to 8.00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9.30am to 3.30pm (remaining hours are flexible).

The Education Officer will enthuse young people and local communities about their local seas and amazing marine life through unique boat-based education experiences and innovative co-design education approaches.
Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust (HWDT) is a marine conservation charity based on the Isle of Mull. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of HWDT’s new education project, Hebridean Marine Explorers - Connecting Scotland’s seas and communities.
The Education Officer will develop and deliver:

Educating young people on land and at sea is key to the role so we are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, organised self-motivator, familiar working with schools and young people, with outstanding communication skills. Experience of marine mammal surveys and the ability to identify cetacean species in the Scottish waters is also essential to the role.
We are looking for somebody experienced in teaching and delivering environmental education activities and training for young people, ideally with knowledge of co-design project delivery and its implementation within a primary school environment.
Our ideal candidate will have experience coordinating a funded project and the skills to provide effective communication, evaluation, and reporting against project targets.
The ability to work with external partners, the wider team of HWDT staff and boat crew to deliver project outcomes and a genuine interest in cetaceans and marine conservation is essential. An understanding of the workings of a charity/NGO would be an advantage.
A valid medical fitness certificate (i.e. ML5 or ENG1) and PVG check is required for the role.

About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. The Felix Project works with hundreds of suppliers from across the food industry, including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms and restaurants to rescue high quality surplus food, that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
In London, one in four working families regularly struggle to afford to feed their children, equating to an estimated 325,000 families across the capital. The cost of food has increased by 30% in the past three years and one in eight working families have less than £3 a day for food, after paying their bills. About 20% of working families have been forced to access a food support service for the first time during 2024 due to the rising cost of living.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow. We are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. Felix’s Kitchen in our East London depot produces up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. Felix’s Multibank in West London distributes non-food items to those who need it most. As part of the charity’s involvement with The Coronation Food Project, we are launching an innovative food processing lab – The Felix Food Factory.
Purpose of the Job:
The Senior Design & Production Officer is a new role in the organisation and plays a key role in helping to build our ambition to become London’s best loved charity. You will be a strong advocate of the refreshed brand, able to protect and build the brand both internally and externally.
You will be a talented graphic designer, responsible for designing multiple assets for The Felix Project, in line with our brand refresh work, which kicked off in January 2025. This will include, for example, designing print and digital assets to promote fundraising activities, such as for community or challenge events, or working with partners on co-branded cause-related marketing opportunities.
Ideally, we are seeking someone who can also shoot video and photography for smaller projects to complement the professional campaign shoots we have third party support and budget for. This will include creating content that showcases our impact through powerful storytelling, or bespoke video content for regular givers. You will also oversee the charity’s photography & videography database.
The graphic design element of this role will be dominant as we seek to ascertain the level of video and photography content needed during this foundational year of building the team.
Alongside marketing & brand colleagues, you will work with external creative agencies on larger projects, including major fundraising and brand awareness campaigns.

- Create designed assets to support across the whole organisation whether supporting a fundraising activity, volunteer retention, supplier recruitment or other activities. This will include print and digital assets for web and social media.
- Work with pro-bono or lo-bono external agencies/specialists on major out of home fundraising or brand awareness campaigns, this could include creating or editing the multiple assets required for such a campaign, including static and animated content.

You be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose
Carers Manchester Contact Point (CMCP) is the first point of contact for unpaid carers seeking information, advice and support to help them with their caring role.
The service delivers a free confidential helpline for carers weekdays (Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm). These times are subject to change, based on the needs and requirements of carers using the service.
The aim of this role is to be part of a team providing a comprehensive information, advice and support to carers in Manchester. The post holder will work alongside colleagues from Gaddum and potentially other organisations to be the first contact in a busy service providing advice via a telephone advice line and managing referrals made through digital sources. They will provide information and advice and refer more complex issues to the appropriate agencies delivering the Manchester Carers Pathway.
Key responsibilities
Advice giving
- Answering telephone calls into a central helpline offering support and guidance to unpaid carers in Manchester.
- Provide relevant and meaningful support and information to unpaid carers utilising internal and external resources.
- Inform carers about carers assessments and refer where necessary.
- Inform carers about emergency grants available and refer where necessary.

Additional information

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to generate income for the Olive Tree Cancer Support Group through community and corporate fundraising, principally in Crawley and Horsham and surrounding areas. This will involve planning and implementing a community and corporate fundraising strategy, engaging with individual donors, community organisations and corporate sponsors to generate a significant level of income to agreed targets and working with the wider team to advance the goals of the organisation.
