Job Title: Senior Design & Production Officer
Reporting To: Brand Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £36,000-£38,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Hybrid – Home working and across Felix’s sites in London (Deptford, Enfield, Poplar, Park Royal/Acton, Western International Market, Greenford, Canary Wharf)
About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Started in 2016, its vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. In 2024 our workforce of over 200 staff and 13,000 volunteers collected and distributed the equivalent of 38 million meals to Londoners in need. This is done through a network of 1,200 community organisations and schools who are working on the frontline to feed people who are experiencing hunger and cannot afford to regularly buy the food they need. The Felix Project works with hundreds of suppliers from across the food industry, including supermarkets, wholesalers, farms and restaurants to rescue high quality surplus food, that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
In London, one in four working families regularly struggle to afford to feed their children, equating to an estimated 325,000 families across the capital. The cost of food has increased by 30% in the past three years and one in eight working families have less than £3 a day for food, after paying their bills. About 20% of working families have been forced to access a food support service for the first time during 2024 due to the rising cost of living.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow. We are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. Felix’s Kitchen in our East London depot produces up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. Felix’s Multibank in West London distributes non-food items to those who need it most. As part of the charity’s involvement with The Coronation Food Project, we are launching an innovative food processing lab – The Felix Food Factory.

Data underpins everything we do. We’re looking for a Senior Database Officer with exceptional data management and analytical skills to ensure our data is structured, maintained, and utilised effectively across the organisation.
In this key role, you’ll work closely with teams across fundraising and communications, using your expertise in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. Your insights will help optimise engagement, retention, and stewardship across our supporter base.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding of CRM systems, data integrity, and reporting tools, along with a keen analytical mindset to translate data into meaningful actions. Your work will directly contribute to our mission to keep babies safe and grieving families supported.
If you’re an analytical thinker with a passion for using data to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
The main functions of your role will be:
1. To be responsible for the management and enhancement of our Raiser’s Edge (RE) database including new and complex data requests and selections, and integrations with external platforms
2. To provide training in Raiser’s Edge to the organisation
3. To be The Lullaby Trust’s Data Protection Officer
This role can be offered as a hybrid role (with approximately one day per week in our London office) or fully remote, with occasional visits to the office for meetings or staff days as necessary; the two salary ranges above reflect this. The 21 hours could be worked across 3-5 days per week.
It is a key time to be joining The Lullaby Trust as we have just launched our new brand positioning, new website and creative direction, to help us reach more families and supporters than ever. We are a friendly, flexible employer and want to create a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone.

Instead, your work will be focused on strategic oversight, major capital initiatives, and aligning estate management with the Globe’s broader strategic goals and values.
The skills:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader who can balance operational needs with ambitious strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong expertise in estate strategy, capital project management, and sustainable infrastructure.

- A deep understanding of sustainability principles and net carbon zero planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and work collaboratively with senior leaders, consultants, and teams across the organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills to bring teams along on a journey of change, balancing strategic ambition with practical implementation.

You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, working closely with the COO and other senior leaders across departments. Collaboration will be essential, particularly with:
- The Deputy Head of Estates & Capital Projects, who leads day-to-day building operations.
- The Head of People & Culture, to ensure estate planning supports inclusive and efficient working environments.
- The Head of Strategic Projects, to align estate developments with space usage systems as well as the broader organisational vision.
- The Access Manager and Access team, to embed accessibility into all estate-related decision-making.
- The Theatre and Visitor Operations teams, to ensure smooth integration of estates strategy into the Globe’s productions and busy daily activities.
