The Marjorie & Arnold Ziff Community Centre offers a modern and welcoming environment for everybody of any age and background. We bring people together with an inclusive and informal programme of classes and activities for the whole community, as well as offering a variety of Kosher food options in our vibrant restaurant and café as well as an attractive and competitively priced venue for simchas, events, conferences and meetings.

The Centre continues to be a vibrant hub at the heart of our Community.

Results from a recent Employee Engagement Survey show that:

• 95% of our employees feel confident that their manager will take action if they express concerns about their wellbeing.
• 92% of our employees say that they have colleagues that they can turn to for additional support if needed.
• 96% of our employees say that their manager is approachable and 95% of employees says that their manager treats them with respect.
• 94% of our employees agree that LJWB as an organisation enables people of all identities to do well and 92% of our employees believe LJWB as an organisation creates a supportive environment for people of all identities, including those who are under-represented in our workplace.
