We're looking for a keen and motivated Training Administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Rugby. You'll be working closely with our Training Manager and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Training Project Manager, facilitating the smooth delivery of workshops, events and meetings, advertising and promoting training workshops and preparing training delivery and feedback reports. The Survivors Trust provides a range of workshops and training opportunities for professionals working with victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will provide high level administrative support for the Training Manager and ISVA Training Project Manager, overseeing training bookings and maintaining a database of trainees on our CRM (Beacon). You will be responsible for collecting and collating feedback from training attendees and preparing reports to support training delivery. Working in collaboration with the Training Team you will support the advertising and marketing of training opportunities including updating relevant website content.
You will also maintain accurate records of training and project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders. Part of your role will include gathering statistics for monitoring and reporting processes.
You will ideally have previous experience of administration in a training setting and/or working in the voluntary sector but please don't be put off applying if you don't meet all requirements. The right candidate will be an effective communcator in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent IT skills including CRM and LMS.
You will be required to complete DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust.
Hours - full time, 35 hours per week. Job share would be considered. Hours are flexible with opportunity for some hybrid working.

PURPOSE OF THE POST/RESPONSIBILITIES
Caudwell Children is a national charity which works to change the lives of disabled and autistic children; change society’s understanding and acceptance of disability; and change public perceptions of the important role that charity plays in society.
Based from the award-winning Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Staffordshire, we seek an experienced relationship manager with the ability to identify opportunities and develop relationships to raise funds which support the charity’s expanding service delivery.
Responsible for the ownership and development of supporter relationships, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to grow the charity’s fundraising income and helping to change the lives of autistic and disabled children across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a growing team of enthusiastic fundraising professionals aimed at improving the donor experience and growing the charity’s repeat and sustainable income.
The role will be part of the Individual Giving fundraising strand which will be responsible for income lines including, but not limited to:
- Major Gifts
- Regular Gifts
- Wills & Legacy
- Raffles & Lottery
Success will be supported and monitored by the Director of Public Fundraising against KPI’s including lead generation, conversion rates and income growth.
Relationship development will be documented and reported using the charity’s dedicated CRM system (currently Raiser’s Edge).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Demonstrable experience in fundraising/sales/relationship management
- Demonstrable understanding of the charity sector and professional fundraising

Community Connect is a well-established Social Prescribing service and you will empower and support residents to access charities, community organisations and groups to enable them to improve their own health & wellbeing. You will work closely with local organisations and healthcare professionals to continue to develop the project and provide the best service to residents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for incoming resident referrals. You will meet with the resident, understand their needs and what matters to them to develop a personalised action plan to provide relevant support.
- Be responsible for referring patients to onward voluntary and community groups for continuing support to their health and wellbeing.
- Provide ongoing support to the resident for approximately four sessions, which could vary from follow-up phone calls or attending appointments with the resident, centred around what is best for the resident.
- Be responsible for developing exit strategies and ensuring residents are receiving appropriate support, and aware of the right services before discharge.
- Actively feedback key themes and insight to ensure continuing development and support of Bexley’s Voluntary Sector.
- To assist in maintaining the database of local services and activities in Bexley.
- Meet residents in a variety of locations including community locations in Bexley and Bexley GP Practices.
- To provide regular updates and reports on caseload management, ensuring that the CRM system is kept sufficiently up-to-date and records all information accurately.
- Work in partnership with GP Surgeries, including providing patient updates, regular outreach sessions and attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Be a champion of Social Prescribing, and the voluntary sector, locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Undertake any other duties and tasks which may reasonably be required, as discussed with line-manager.
- Adhere to and actively implement BVSC’s policies and procedures such as Equality and Diversity, Health & Safety and Safeguarding.
- Identify, report, and monitor any safeguarding risks and concerns for Children, Young People, and Adults.

These are the normal duties which are required of the position; however, we do require that all staff be flexible and may be required to perform other duties to ensure the efficient running of services. It is envisaged that this post will be community based but this will be regularly reviewed.

WWF-UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Supporter Income & Engagement Department.
About the Role
As a CRM Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our new customer relationship management (CRM) system and documentation during the Implementation and Business Change stages. You will work closely with the Business Analyst and CRM Business Change Manager, evaluating processes, creating documentation, helping to write test scripts, report and monitor bug fixes while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and helping to implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Aid in the creation of functional, technical or test documentation.
· Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues during UAT, and offer solutions to enhance user proficiency.
· Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system behaviour.
· Collaborate with our delivery partner to address defects and ensure timely resolution.
· Create and maintain the accuracy of information on the CRM SharePoint hub.
· Aid the Business Change manager in documenting and measuring the benefits that are linked to each of the delivered requirements, collating measures and KPI results and documenting these to aid in communication of the benefits being realised.
· Aid the Business Change Manager by creating training materials.
About You
· You have proven experience in Quality assurance, testing, or business change.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics, will be an advantage. You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience of working on a large-scale project with external suppliers.
· You have experience of using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira to manage system requirements, testing or deployment
· You have an eye for detail and have experience in writing end-user documentation
Location & Flexibility
This role has a UK based contract and as such, you must have the right to live and work in the UK. You’ll be required to work at your contracted office which will be: The Living Planet Centre, Woking, Surrey, GU21 4LL and will need to be able to commute to this location. WWF-UK operates a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 20% of contracted hours collaborating in-person with colleagues each month, with the balance being worked from home.

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the Motor Neurone Disease Association, in the recruitment of their new CRM Business Analyst. There are currently 5,000 people living with MND in the UK and the Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by motor neurone disease in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This position is offered as a 12-month FTC initially and will report to the CRM Project Manager.
As the CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, creating, improving, updating, and implementing business processes that are impacted by the implementation of new CRM & Data Platforms built on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft PowerPlatform. You will manage and actively implement agreed process improvements, which should include new, effective, and efficient processes and workflows that are compatible with Dynamics 365. You will document and map processes and make recommendations based on solid evidence, with a clear understanding of their impact on the organisation and the ability to follow these through to completion. During implementation, you'll develop a robust user acceptance test programme with case scenarios to ensure processes are thoroughly tested end to end. You will ensure user feedback drives ongoing refinement, ensuring systems are effective and user-friendly. Where relevant, you will recommend further improvements following testing and user feedback. You will prepare training material as required and deliver training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams in the use of new processes and systems.

Purpose of the job
The Head of Digital will be responsible for leading our digital, IT and information systems. They will also have oversight of AV and for the technical development of online education materials.
The post holder will lead the digital transformation of the organisation, continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of the Society. They will lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with business requirements. This will involve leading end to end delivery digital projects, including technology delivery and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
Main responsibilities
- Project manage major digital projects and ensure relationships with external stakeholders and engagement with Members, Staff and Service Users are all managed effectively.
- Research solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of systems and infrastructure.
- Appoint suppliers of digital services and oversee the Institute’s relationships with them, ensuring they provide a high-quality service and value for money.
- Provide first line support to staff, responding to basic technical queries and issues, such as password resets, software installation, and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
- Manage the IT infrastructure and security of the CRM system.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system, including user access management and working with our support provider to carry out data backups and system updates.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the system's performance and functionality.

Other responsibilities
- Work to increase the number of people reached through the Institute’s web presence and to build repeat usage, for example, by providing expertise on search engine optimisation, pay-per-click and social media advertising, and managing paid-for search.
- Coach, advise and share information on digital content, communications and services within the wider organisation. Encourage and support staff and members to engage with digital communications and adopt a ‘digital first’ mind-set.
- Take the lead on Google Analytics and other digital monitoring/measurement tools, ensuring that digital metrics are implemented, consistently reported and widely used across the Institute.
- Provide AV support for in-person, online and hybrid events using Zoom.

Lingen Davies Cancer Fund exists to enhance cancer services and improve lives in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales.
