Key Purpose:
This role encompasses the day-to-day running of RABI’s mental health training programme. To include liaising with individuals and organisations seeking training; working with RABI’s specialist training providers; budgeting and invoicing, monitoring and evaluating the service.
In addition, the role will seek to explore possibilities for the development of the service, including working with external organisations across the sector to upskill and empower their staff.
The role involves cross departmental working, particularly with the Fundraising, Volunteering and Finance departments to ensure both the smooth running of the service, but also the development of it to ensure it reaches its full potential.
Implementing relevant procedures and processes, revising and facilitating continuous improvement will be key to the success of the role, with a focus on gaining impact reporting and integrating the service into the CRM.
Building and maintaining successful working relationships both internally and externally and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are essential to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities to engage with prospective strategic corporate partners around mental health training.
- Lead the management and delivery of RABI’s mental health training from initial contact through to booking, invoicing and feedback.
- Manage the budgets related to delivery of the mental health training service.
- Work with other RABI departments to ensure promotion of RABI’s mental health training and maximise the opportunities it provides.
- Work with existing and prospective trainees to maximise benefits for both parties, identifying the training and ensuring training is kept up to date.
- Act as a first point of contact for strategic partners interested in mental health training.
- Provide subject matter expertise and advice to support the Senior Management Team in developing strategic priorities and projections.
- To support with the completion of collaborative working proposals and pitches that involve mental health training.
- To attend, contribute and chair where appropriate, meetings, briefings and reviews with existing and potential partner organisations.
- To provide reporting as required, related to the mental health training service.
- Act as a conduit to introduce partner organisations to other RABI teams as appropriate.
- Supporting on the development of partnership agreements, Memorandum of Understanding and other written documents as required.

- Working with RABI colleagues to collect and track data on the effectiveness of the mental health training, and impact reporting.
- Work to develop RABI’s mental health training service to maximise its impact and effectiveness across the wider farming community.
- To integrate the mental health training service from booking through to invoicing and reporting, with the CRM system, to ensure all data is captured, relationships managed and reporting provided.
- Be an ambassador for Partnerships internally within RABI and with external organisations.

THE ABBEY OF ST EDMUND: A MILLENNIUM OF ENGLISH HISTORY IN WEST SUFFOLK
Thanks to National Lottery players, St Edmundsbury Cathedral, in partnership with West Suffolk Council and English Heritage, has received a Development Phase grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund to conserve the Abbey of St Edmund ruins, deliver universal access through a network of footpaths, and build a heritage welcome centre within a line of listed buildings facing the town’s public space.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to co-ordinate and assist in the management of the development phase, which will last until February 2026. If we are successful in our delivery phase application, the role will continue for a further three years. We’re looking for someone with:
- Similar project management experience, at a comparable level of cost and complexity, especially working on Heritage Fund projects.
- Experience of working on projects with complex structures (we have three project partners: St Edmundsbury Cathedral, English Heritage and West Suffolk Council).
- A good understanding of audiences for heritage to enable activity planning and audience development to take place alongside the capital and design works.
Flexible working, but must be on site at least 2 days a week.

Our charity, the Jon Egging Trust, is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of working with young people to manage our Youth Programmes in North Wales. Previous management experience would be beneficial, but not essential if you can demonstrate that you have the key skills required for the position. The post holder will be based from home with a requirement to travel to schools, businesses and RAF bases within North Wales (predominantly A55 corridor - current schools are on Anglesey but potentially looking to expand to Rhyl and Llandudno / Bangor). Fuel expenses are paid and travel time is included as part of working hours. Core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school terms only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that meetings with partners and colleagues, plus administrative tasks, are completed as required. Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for non-profit work? War Child UK is seeking a dedicated Senior Finance Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract to oversee our month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will support our UK Finance team and consolidate management accounts and budgets at the group level. This role is perfect for someone with UK non-profit and ideally international experience, who can partner with budget holders to provide valuable insights and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide budget holders with timely, accurate financial information and support informed decision-making.
- Lead the monthly financial accounting and management accounts process.
- Oversee the quarterly reforecast process and consolidate submissions.
- Prepare tax and regulatory returns for HMRC and other entities.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting.
- Support month-end processes and improve income reconciliation.
- Enhance system administration and improvements.
- Offer technical accounting support across finance teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide relevant financial advice.
- Strengthen the financial capabilities of our managers and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist the Director of Finance & IT with the annual statutory audit process.
- Liaise with finance teams across the War Child Alliance for aligned processes.

Purpose of the post
To lead the representation of the VCS Alliance, and wider Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector (VCSE), in strategic meetings across Bradford District and Craven (BD&C). Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders operating at grassroots and strategic levels to ensure Health and Social Care services are being designed and commissioned with representation of the VCSE, in support of our Act as One partnership vision for people to be Happy and Healthy at Home.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key working relationships
- Form a robust network and collaborate with a wide range of partners, across the Act as One Partnership. Foster strong relationships through effective partnership working, ensuring mutual benefits and successful relationship management.
- Represent the VCSE sector in conversations on Urgent and Emergency Care, High Intensity Use, Intermediate Care, and other strategic meetings as required.
- Ensure that VCSE partners are well represented in all engagement with commissioners and to develop the reputation of the VCSE as partners.
- Actively support the transformation of Enhanced care in the community, intermediate care offer, to support people with the appropriate level of care support and interventions to maximise independence and wellbeing.
- Lead and champion VCSE / community led High Intensity Use approaches and methodology in secondary and primary care across BD&C
Operational
- Responsible for creating an innovative way of developing the reduction in high intensity use of Emergency Departments.
- Manage and facilitate discussions and advise delivery partners as to how best practice might be adopted for future development of services and oversee their delivery.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and chair multi-disciplinary meetings, including managing data flow, to ensure a person centred and holistic approach to care provision.
- Work closely with VCSE partners to facilitate and coordinate the co-design of highly personalised projects that support improved wellbeing and health outcomes, whilst reducing inappropriate contact with health care services and unscheduled care.
- Attend a range of system forums / steering groups that are in support of unmet social needs e.g. homelessness, Mental Health.
- Work with other VCS Alliance staff to ensure links to other relevant programmes across the system.
- Develop and operate monitoring processes that support learning and assess effectiveness of provision.
- Lead on a range of projects to ensure that the outcomes agreed are delivered on time, to quality standards and in a cost-effective manner, adjusting plans as required.
- Determine links to existing projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on wider system/sector, resource requirements and building in contingency, as necessary.
- Work with finance team in preparation of budgets.
- Monitor finance expenditure and outputs relating to programme budget and report to Senior Leadership Team and Board as appropriate.
Information Management
- Present complex information and create briefs about projects in a way that make complex topics easier to understand and are appropriate for the audience.
- Coordinate and share learning of the work with the wider partnership to promote and ensure sustainability.
- Identify patterns, themes and ‘causal factors’ which trigger relapse behaviours in order to shape future commissioning of service and/or demand/capacity planning.
- Draft reports summarising status on issues, outcomes, and provide progress/highlight reports to ICB, including highlighting exceptions and risks ensuring mitigating action can be taken to keep programmes on track.
- Maintain a risk register and ensure actions are in place to mitigate unacceptable levels of risk.
Impact and Insight
- Plan, develop and evaluate methods and processes for gathering, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data and information.
- Collate as required, qualitative and quantitative information and lead appropriate analysis to develop robust business cases.
- Analyse, interpret and present data to highlight issues, risks and support decision making across programme portfolio.
General Requirements
- Undertake personal training as required.
- Attend regular supervision sessions and staff meetings.
- Support general VCSA administration by handling inquiries via the telephone, email, and drop-ins.
- Provide relevant information for VCSA’s newsletter/s, mailings, website, and social media
- Comply with all organisational policies and procedures.
- Promote VCSA with all stakeholders during the duties of your work.
- Undertake any other duties prescribed by your line manager.
Special conditions
As part of this role, you will be required to work and travel across the Bradford District and Craven. While the VCS Alliance supports hybrid working, there is an expectation that you will be based at the office for at least two days per week.

You will work with a dedicated team of people, building strong relationships with other agencies to deliver the comprehensive support needed by those using our services. You will lead your team, providing development and clear direction aligned with the organisational aims and be a strong advocate for WithYou externally, maintaining and building our profile as you go.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

About Women in Prison
Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.
Job Purpose:
You will be joining Women in Prison’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. This role will set the foundations for Women in Prison’s ambitious fundraising plans leading on securing gifts from trusts and foundations and ensuring that all secured grants are well managed and effectively reported on. The post holder will identify new funding opportunities and ensure these are assessed and responded to in collaboration with staff across the organisation.
