Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £38.397 per annum, with progression to £42.723 upon successful demonstration of competencies

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our amazing People Team to support us through a period of change.
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for helping to embed our end to end recruitment processes which align with our new integrated People systems. You will oversee all talent attraction and recruitment activity, including supporting managers with best practice approaches, direct sourcing, promoting MHM brand and opportunities for both paid and voluntary roles and selection and onboarding of candidates which create positive candidate experiences.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant HR Qualification, exceptional communication skills and be able to build good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders as well as colleagues to aid collaborative working.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, with the ability to ensure seamless end to end recruitment processes, offering excellent experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
You will be able to develop creative strategies and campaigns to promote MHM as an employer of choice, give expert guidance on market trends and understand the importance of ensuring resources and information are up to date.
