Who we are

Demelza delivers extraordinary care to extraordinary children facing serious or life-limited conditions. We're here to support them and their families from first diagnosis and for as long as needed.

We aim to create the most supportive, warm and welcoming environment.  Our support is as unique as every family, designed to wrap around their specific requirements and circumstances; from creative therapies and short breaks, to practical and emotional support, and expert clinical and end of life care. 

At Demelza, we believe that our people are our greatest asset and together we ensure children and families receive the best possible care and support.  From our hospices and shops, we have a team of fantastic people who all make Demelza a great place to work. We could not do the work we do, or have the impact we do, without our people.  We've created an inclusive working environment with high performance at its heart, with real focus on our vision and mission and living and breathing our values.
