Your main responsibilities will include answering/redirecting enquiries, checking the eligibility of new applications and logging information received, carrying out due diligence and processing grant payment claims, and keeping the Church Engagement section of our website up to date, as well as providing support for meetings, events and awards as directed.

Job Title: Team Administrator
Reports To: Membership Operations Manager
Salary: £26,000 per annum (FTE)

Role overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Finance Administrator to support the Manager and the rest of the team with our charity finances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Main responsibilities

About the Role
- You will ensure the smooth running of all Board meetings and activities, through administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Corporate Services team. This will include attendance at all quarterly board meetings and some subcommittee meetings.
- As well as ensuring practical arrangements are in place for the meetings, you will work closely with the board of trustees and relevant managers, to ensure that actions are completed to ensure the board is running at maximum effectivity.

Board meetings and subcommittee meetings are usually held outside of usual working hours. About the Role
As P&P Department Co-ordinator, you will provide essential administrative support, including proactive diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and document preparation. In this role, you will:
• Provide full administrative support to the Directors of Partnerships & Philanthropy, including proactive diary management, arranging travel, and preparing documents for meetings.

Job Summary
The Safeguarding Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support for meetings and safeguarding activities to aid the smooth running of the safeguarding team. Job responsibilities
Administrative support for meetings
- Provide administrative support for the Safeguarding Leadership Team.

Administrative support for safeguarding activity
- Work with the Safer Churches Programme Manager to provide day to day administrative support, working closely to ensure functions run smoothly.
