As a Digital Creative at Forward Action, you'll be at the forefront of creating compelling, action-oriented work that drives real-world change. You’ll bring your expertise in copywriting, content creation, creative strategy, and delivery to life as part of a nimble three-person project team, working alongside a Digital Strategy Manager (DSM) and Digital Strategist (DS).
Together, you’ll cover everything needed to deliver high-impact projects that inspire action, renew and grow partnerships, and make a difference for the causes we support, including established non-profits like Oxfam and Greenpeace, and evolving organising like BiteBack 2030 and the Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
As the creative lead in your team, it’s your role to ensure that our work consistently shines - whether you’re leading on creative yourself or guiding teammates to deliver to the highest standard. You’ll also play a key part in shaping how our creative approach evolves, harnessing the potential of new channels and trends while ensuring every piece of work is rooted in strategy and designed to deliver results for our partners.
What You’ll Do
Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with the Head of Creative to shape creative strategies that meet partner goals - whether that’s designing a high-converting engagement journey, framing Facebook ads, or mapping out a storytelling email campaign.
- Lead internal brainstorms to unlock the creative potential from your colleagues and develop innovative concepts for everything from lead generation tools to email appeals, always putting our partners’ goals and audiences at the heart.
Creative Development
- Working with DSMs and the Head of Creative to design and co-facilitate creative workshops with partners, using Mural and other tools to spark innovative ideas, while you turn those ideas into impactful creative that drives change.
Copywriting
- Craft clear, compelling copy that mobilises supporters across channels - emails, ads, engagement tools, handraisers, and more. Your words will drive action and deliver results.
- Manage partner feedback with ease, ensuring edits improve the final product while staying true to our data-backed best practices.
Content creation
- Deliver visually engaging static and video ads using tools like Canva.
- Experiment with developing new content types to meet new trends and technologies.
AI Prompt Engineering
- Use effective AI prompting and programmes to streamline creative processes, save time, and enhance outputs.
Ads Setup & Management
- Build and manage ads (primarily in Meta), ensuring targeting strategies are effective and always optimised for impact.
Builds & Page Setups
- Set up and quality-check landing pages in platforms like Engaging Networks, Impact Stack, and Blueprint (Forward Action’s proprietary platform), coordinating with Forward Action and partner tech teams on more complex builds to ensure seamless launches.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Analyse data from sources like Google Analytics and Engaging Networks, using insights to refine and optimise creative approaches. Your recommendations will help partners achieve bigger and bolder results.
Co-owner Contributions
- Bring your creativity and insights to all-team meetings, actively supporting our collaborative culture and ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience of writing and creating action-orientated digital content for campaigning or fundraising.
- A proven track record of writing content that drives action and achieves campaign goals.
- Understanding of email and social ads best practice, with experience of applying it to deliver results.
- Expertise in social media ads, email strategy, and creating engaging content that mobilises people.
- A creative thinker with the ability to come up with new and engaging ideas that have cut-through.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities and manage feedback in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines.
- Passion for using digital tools to build a fairer, more progressive society.
- Enthusiasm for digital channels for communications, following trends and identifying how innovations can be harnessed to achieve social progress.

Starting salary: £30,502 (outside of London, with a £3k annual travel bursary)/£34,162 (inside London) Under our Employee Ownership Trust model, all team members will also receive an equal share of the profits each year. The amount will depend on how much profit is made.
Contract Term: This is a permanent, full time contract.
Hours: We work a 30-hour 4-day week, from Monday to Thursday. Please note - as this is a full time role, you are not permitted to undertake any additional regular paid work on the Friday.
Location: You can work remotely from anywhere in the UK or use our office in London Fields, East London. Job Description
Quality Assurance
- Deal with external and internal enquiries
- Work closely with Industry Engagement and Partnership team to deliver industry-led (external) accreditation in a timely manner
- Lead the materials ordering process, including the distribution of certificates and badges to regional offices and external partners
- Take the lead on external partner feedback surveys, student data requests and observation reports, working with partners to ensure their completion and return
- Manage Quality Assurance data dashboards and work with the Head of Impact to provide evaluation and impact statistics for external Industrial Cadets accreditations
- Liaise with the Marketing team to update Industrial Cadets and Quality Assurance partner materials (such as certificates and information packs) on a periodic basis
- Perform an internal Quality Assurance moderation process three times a year to ensure consistency of delivery from internal teams and escalate any feedback where appropriate
CRM Support
- Be a Hubspot ‘super-admin’, acting as an initial point of contact for internal staff queries, making changes to the system and escalating queries internally and to external partners where appropriate
- Manage the support ticketing process for Hubspot queries
- Support, and eventually lead, weekly online Hubspot drop-in sessions for internal staff enquiries
- Perform data quality audits on Hubspot, ensuring data is entered consistently by teams in accordance with their processes, cleansing data where appropriate

- Actively support the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Director on continuous improvement projects, including supporting with team requirement gathering and process documentation

About the role
The Senior Volunteer officer will work to involve the local community in enhancing and taking care of the park and will support all areas of the Trust’s work, including visitor experience, gardening and supporting the delivery of the Trust’s growing public programme of seasonal, community-focused activities and events. You will work as part of the project team that includes a new Senior Community Engagement Officer. RSPCA is the largest animal welfare charity in the UK supporting the rescue and welfare of all animals whether they live in homes, farms, labs, or in the wild. With a wide range of activity to achieve this including, animal rescue, campaigning, supporting industries to end cruel practices that cause harm to animals, shifting the understanding of how animals and people are connected, and much more.
As the Philanthropy Lead, you will be responsible for generating income from new relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trusts and foundations. Focusing on securing six and seven figure gifts from high value donors, this role will look to achieve this through new relationships. With some exciting projects and campaigns upcoming, there will be some excellent and tangible engagement points to interact with donors on. With support from the team and a prospect research function, this role will truly get to focus on lead generation and relationship building.
To be successful as the Philanthropy Lead you will be experienced in building upon existing and new relationships with high-net-worth individuals or trusts and foundations. You will be able to demonstrate securing gifts or income from individuals of a six or seven figure level. This person can come from a commercial background, but ideally they will have some understanding of the charity sector or fundraising.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices one day per week. The salary for this role is £60,000 to £65,000.

It's an exciting time to join Mind's Physical Activity team as Physical Activity Lead. We believe sport and physical activity can build resilience, support and enable mental health recovery, and tackle mental health stigma. We have a track record of delivering impactful programmes with Sport England, the English Football League (EFL), ASICS and many other partners.
As Physical Activity Lead, you will lead on the implementation of our physical activity programmes focusing on marginalised communities. This work explores how physical activity can support the mental health of people from racialised communities and people facing poverty.
You will manage our existing partnerships with Sporting Equals, Muslim Sports Foundation and England Boxing. Your will also identify and build new partnerships, particularly with organisations who support people from the African and Caribbean Community.
Throughout the role, you will engage people from marginalised communities to inform and influence our work. This will include working with our Lived Experience Advisors who shape our marginalised communities' work.
This post is funded by Sport England and the National Lottery as part of our system partnership. The role is fixed term full time until March 2027.

KCLSU is looking for a Student Voice Coordinator work within the Student Voice team to coordinate the development and delivery of representation practices, and embed these processes across KCLSU’s Community Engagement Department and our student voice partnership work with King’s College London. This will be focused on Student Futures, a large-scale transformation portfolio King’s College London is undertaking.
Student Futures aims to improve student experiences in key areas across the next three years. ENHANCING REPRESENTATIVE PROCESSES
• Act as central point of contact for colleagues across King’s and KCLSU for centralising and sharing information about student voice and representation structures related to Transformation Office projects;
• Set up and oversee systems for the management of student representative data between KCLSU and various King’s project teams;

The Baobab Centre is a non-residential therapeutic community that supports young asylum seekers and refugees who have experienced human rights abuses and have sought asylum in the UK as unaccompanied minors. Our two focus areas are rehabilitation and justice.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced fundraiser to progress further in their career, with the freedom to creatively enhance and develop the fundraising strategy of an impactful community-based charity.
As Senior Fundraising Lead you will be Baobab’s key fundraiser and a self-starter with experience of working in a small or medium sized charity. You will lead on the development of fundraising at Baobab, exploring new avenues for funding, as well as nurturing and growing existing fundraising relationships. You will be responsible for strategising and carrying out a successful program of fundraising from small, medium and large charitable trusts and foundations to an agreed annual fundraising target. You will also assist in delivering Baobab’s individual major donor programme, helping to set up and deliver communications and events related to this income stream. Purpose of the Job
The Dad Matters coordinators deliver a range of universal and targeted interventions aimed at male parents in the First 1001 Days. They support dads and other male carers with attachment and bonding, mental health and access to service. They also work with professionals and perinatal services to ensure dads and male carers are engaged, supported and heard within clinical pathways.
The post holder will:
- Build on the Home-Start Haringey, Hackney and Waltham Forest foundation of peer support by engaging and supporting dads in one to one and group situations.
- Ensure that parent – infant relationships are a thread through every relationship and conversation with dads.
- Raise awareness of the risks of poor mental health for fathers and their families during the perinatal period
- Raise awareness of the impact on fathers of caring for a partner affected by perinatal mental health issues

Main Responsibilities
Support to Dads
The post holder will provide individual and group support to dads during the perinatal period. This will involve the following:
- Meeting dads at ante-natal clinics
