UNICEF UK needs an ICT Security Manager who can take responsibility for overseeing and implementing ICT security standards for our organisation of 400 hybrid-working colleagues in the UK. You will need a good understanding of Microsoft E365 and Microsoft Defender and will be well-versed in ITIL standards, change control processes and risk investigation and assessment.
You will need relevant ICT security qualifications (minimum AZ500, CISSP, CISM) or demonstrable equivalent knowledge derived from significant experience in roles which may have included IT support, network management, security management, server or applications administration. Duties and key responsibilities
1. Trusts and Foundations
- Act as the main point of contact for trusts and foundations supporting gifts under £10,000, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support, materials, and updates to foster successful grant applications and long-term relationships.
- Identify and research new trusts and foundations whose funding priorities align with Sarcoma UK’s mission.
- Plan and coordinate the schedule of grant applications aligning with internal priorities and submission deadlines.
- Draft compelling grant applications, ensuring high-quality submissions, and coordinate the process of application tracking and reporting.
- Maintain the existing pipeline of trust fundraising activities in Raiser's Edge, monitoring progress and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new and existing trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy.
- Work with the Research, Policy, and Support Services teams to arrange meetings between trust representatives and Sarcoma UK funded project leads, where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure that trust and foundation-related web pages are up-to-date and engaging.
2. Fundraising Support
Merchandise
- Manage stock by overseeing merchandise stock levels, liaising with suppliers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth fulfilment of orders.
- Manage Sarcoma UK’s online shop, ensuring it is regularly updated with accurate product listings and that orders are processed efficiently, meeting supporter expectations.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support across all fundraising activities and projects as needed by the organisation.
- Produce regular reports on fundraising activities, including data from JustGiving, Enthuse, and GoFundMe, ensuring accurate tracking and evaluation.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the organisation, assisting with general administrative tasks and ensuring processes are followed consistently.
- Monitor, evaluate and analyse fundraising activities, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Sarcoma UK’s fundraising database (Raiser's Edge).
Supporter Care
- Respond promptly and professionally to fundraising inquiries via post, email, and phone, offering support and guidance to donors and fundraisers.
General Fundraising Support
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to identify new prospects within Sarcoma UK’s supporter community.
- Work with the Communications team to identify and maximise publicity opportunities, raising awareness of Sarcoma UK’s fundraising efforts.
- Provide occasional support for Major Donor fundraising activities as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest fundraising practices and trends ensuring Sarcoma UK’s processes and procedures align with best practices.
3. Other Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sarcoma UK’s existing and potential supporters, including contacts within trusts and foundations.
- The role may require occasional travel to events and meetings across the UK, including some evening or weekend work, for which Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) will be provided.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of Sarcoma UK, taking on additional duties and responsibilities as required.

1. 2. Provide IAA and Community Wellbeing Services that comply with relevant legislation, particularly; • Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 (including Codes of Practice) • Regulation and Inspection (Wales) Act 2016 • Mental Health Act 1983
3. Provide a IAA and Community Wellbeing Service that ensures that Citizens are treated with dignity and respect • ensures Citizens and their families are listened to, communicated with and consulted • supports Citizens to maintain their independence ensures Citizens are safeguarded from any abuse • ensures any appropriate outcome as defined in the National Outcomes Framework accompanying the Social Services and Well Being (Wales) Act are met
4. Promote early detection and early resolution, so that concerns and problems are put right quickly and effectively.
5. Support individuals to achieve the following two outcome statements: • Well-being - I know and understand what care, support and opportunities are available to me and I get the help I need, when I need it, in the way I want it; securing rights and entitlements • My rights are respected, I have voice and control, I am involved in making decisions that affect my life, my individual circumstances are considered, I can speak for myself or have someone who can do it for me and I get care through the Welsh language if I need it.
6. Contribute towards preventing or delaying the development of people's needs for care and support.
7. Help reduce the needs for care and support of people who have such needs.

Main responsibilities and duties
To:
1. Coordinate and develop a wellbeing programme that supports the mental health and wellbeing of NST service users and the wider Braunstone community of LE3 1.
2. Support individual service user wellbeing by referring into activity delivered by NST and other local community partners.
3. Undertake regular wellbeing check-ins with service users to monitor progress and impact of engagement with wellbeing activity.
4. Update the company’s CRM system with participant information in line with GDPR and record progress and impact.
5. Develop, implement and maintain effective monitoring and recording systems: capturing and recording data to demonstrate the programme reach, providing reports and other information as required.
6. Support the Service Manager to maintain accurate budgets and financial records especially for monitoring funding grant returns.
7. Support the Service Manager in the development of funding bids to support delivery and expansion of the wellbeing programme.
8. Build and maintain partnerships which will support the development of wellbeing programmes.
9. Source, arrange and co-ordinate facilitators and practitioners suitable to deliver any planned activity.
10. Ensure that adequate risk assessments are undertaken prior to any activities and that confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed.
11. Support the Communications and Project Support Worker to promote the programme by developing copy and marketing material for circulation on the various company social media platforms and website.

About the role:
This role is home-based and is open to applicants living in Devon and Cornwall who have access to an appropriately confidential space in which to work. Regular travel will be required both to our office in Plymouth & throughout Devon and Cornwall. - Deliver awareness raising sessions on the impact of ASB to partner agencies and community groups and participating in community events
You will need:
- An understanding of the impact of ASB and crimes such domestic abuse, sexual violence and hate crime on victims

About you:
Our HR Operations team is at the heart of our Workforce function, overseeing all aspects of employment relations, compliance and systems.
We are seeking a proactive and expert HR Business Partner with to lead the HR Operational team and to review and continuously improve our current HR processes and systems, alongside providing an excellent support service to our stakeholders.
The HR Business Partner will lead on the management of complex employment relations cases and workforce challenges, striving to deliver effective and timely solutions as well as developing action plans to support organisational and workforce development. You will work closely with the RHN senior management and stakeholders to diagnose people priorities and support the delivery of the RHN People Strategy.
The successful candidate must have experience operating at a senior HR advisory level and of influencing senior stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and decisions are compliant with HR best practice and employment law. The Head of Business Development is a key leadership position within Development Pathways. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for business development. They will lead a small team in London and engage with our offices in Kenya, Australia and Jordan to support and guide them as they engage in business development. The successful candidate will be expected to expand our business portfolio by continuing to engage with current clients but also seeking to enter into innovative areas of new business. They will also contribute to the broader leadership of Development Pathways as a member of our leadership team.
This position will be located in our London office. It is open to high calibre, qualified candidates from outside the UK, as we will be able to provide a visa for those who do not have the right to work in the UK.

Contract length: One Year
No. of hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
Salary scale: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum incl. Outer London Weighting (OLW)
In addition, this role will have a yearly staff retention bonus of up to £2,106. This payment is allocated at the discretion of HMN.

About the Service
This is a pilot working as a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) with housing teams and Drug and Alcohol Services across District and Borough councils. These teams will be working with individuals who are presenting as homeless and have a number of Complex Needs.
Purpose of Post
Providing advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients who are experiencing mental ill health or need support with their mental wellbeing. These will be clients who are presenting to District and Borough councils as homeless and need intervention and support with their mental health and remain a source of independent support for all clients. Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly and that a person centred recovery orientated and trauma informed approach is embedded approach in all aspects of the roles.
Service Objectives
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental ill health.
- To increase early access to help for people experiencing mental ill health in, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To reduce the use of police, ASB, tenancy enforcement, housing needs and environmental health services by clients whose primary need is related to mental ill health.
- To reduce the use of crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health without positive outcomes for the individual.
- To provide an assertive outreach approach for clients who are in crisis and/ or those that may have complex or multiple needs.
- To work collaboratively within an MDT consisting of CGL, District and Borough councils, housing teams and other professionals.

- Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per year pro rata, rising in increments to a max. of 29 days after 5 years employment (plus 8 days Bank Holidays)
