We are looking for a Counsellor to deliver face to face and where appropriate virtual counselling sessions to children and young people who identify as LGBTQ+.
This role involves working with children and young people recognised as requiring high level emotional well-being support. As a counsellor you will provide a safe space for CYP, hold a weekly case load, undertake assessments and include a range of evidence based interventions (this may include individual, parent & child, sibling, family and group interventions.) in your delivery.

The London Diocesan Fund (LDF) is seeking a PA to the Archdeacon of Northolt and Willesden Area Administrator to play a key role within the Willesden team, based from Causton Street.
Job Summary
The purpose of the PA role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Archdeacon of Northolt in the Willesden area, ensuring efficient handling of communications, management of her diary, and maintenance of records. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, compiling communications materials, and managing various financial tasks. Additionally, the PA plays a vital role in upholding confidentiality, being a source of support in the making of difficult decisions and assisting with safeguarding. The PA carries a vital role in linking Clergy, Church Wardens, and others to the support available to them in the Diocesan office and helping them feel supported and heard when they contact the Archdeacons office for help.
The Willesden Area Administrator is a member of the Area staff responsible for the efficient and effective running of the office. (s)he has strong links to the Bishops office, other members of the Archdeaconry Team, the Area Director of Ministry and his PA, other Area Staff, people in the parishes especially Church Wardens and church administrators, as well as key external stakeholders such as local authorities, businesses, architects and partner organisations.

Youth Ministry Coordinator
This is an exciting new role which has been developed to support the work of Area 5 of the Pastoral Plan. The post-holder will work closely with colleagues from the parishes, schools and archdiocesan lay staff, in developing routes for the active participation and support of young people in the life of the church and in the service of its communities. To bring vision, energy and experience to develop youth ministry, accompanying young people into a living experience of the Church community.
The key initial priorities of this role are to:
- Design and develop various projects and initiatives to enable young people to build positive relationships with the church.
- Develop a mechanism for young people to engage in discussions about the future of the church.
- Actively develop an archdiocesan strategy for young people.
- The ideal candidate will have a background working directly with young people (aged 10-19) and a good knowledge of the Catholic faith.
Contract and Salary
This role is permanent and full-time with a salary of circa £33,000.00.
Location
Base office will be Saint Margaret Clitherow Centre. Croxteth Drive, Liverpool, L17 1AA.
Working Hours
Contracted hours are 35 per week.
Annual leave
33 days which includes eight bank/public holidays plus 5 gifted days during Christmas and Easter closedown. There is the option to purchase additional annual leave.
Pension
Employees will be enrolled into the People’s Pension Scheme with a contribution rate of 3% and 5% contributed by the employer. The Archdiocese will match employee contributions up to 6% of their pensionable salary.

About this role
We are pleased to advertise for a Head of Death Penalty Projects- US to oversee our work against the death penalty in the United States of America.
Reprieve has worked against the death penalty since our founding. In recent years we have built a particular specialism in issues relating to lethal injection, the most popular execution method in the US. Lethal injection has been touted as more humane than other methods – a modern, clean, clinical way to execute. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Lethal injection executions go wrong more often than any other execution method, often resulting in prolonged and torturous executions, commonly known as “botched” executions. Through our work we aim to dispel the myth of the humane execution, working with allies across medicine, business and other sectors to end the misuse of medicines and medical technology in executions.
The existing portfolio of work includes litigation, investigation and analysis, corporate engagement, a wide range of public and private advocacy, and developing and maintaining world-leading expertise on execution methods, particularly the jurisprudence and science relevant to lethal injection.
Contract, location and salary
The role is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £59,226 per annum less any required deductions for tax and national insurance.Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work a minimum of 40% from the London office and the rest of the week from home. There is the opportunity for international travel in the role.
