At Spring School, we're looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
You'll be responsible for the management of the administrative support functions, ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient service, implementing and maintaining systems and processes. You'll proactively support the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body to provide confidential, high quality secretarial and personal support in order for them to achieve their objectives.
You'll lead and manage the Administrative Team, ensuring performance management and learning and development needs are undertaken. You'll act as the first point of contact for school staff on people issues, referring to Central HR as necessary, as well as liaising with and building effective relationships with parents, Governors, Trustees, staff, local authorities, visitors to the school and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Formal secretarial/administrative qualifications or experience of providing high quality secretarial and office management / administrative support
- Experience of processing compliance files, including DBS, referencing and occupational health verifications for external agency review such as Ofsted, CQC and or Home office
- Experience of using a variety of HR, recruitment, training and payroll systems, we currently use Select HR, Clear Review, Linkedin Learning, iHasco and e-Pay safe
- Experience of managing staff with the ability to motivate and drive high performance or a willingness to learn

Job Title: Partnerships Engagement Coordinator (Inspiring the Future)
Reports to: Partnerships Manager
Location: Quantum House, 22 – 24 Red Lion Court, Fleet Street, EC4A 3AB. The role is open to hybrid working but the candidate would be expected to be in the office one day per week
Purpose: This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a newly created post in the role of Partnerships Engagement Coordinator for Education and Employers on the internationally recognised Inspiring the Future programme. The Charity aims to ensure that all young people have the inspiration, motivation, knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to help them achieve their potential.
This key post is part of the Partnerships Team with responsibility for supporting the team to deliver various showcase virtual and face-to-face events and activities involving a diverse range of volunteers from the world of work. The role is rewarding and varied and will include supporting delivery of funded partnerships and general administrative support.
Remuneration: £24-25k per annum
Additional Terms: 30 days paid holiday, exclusive of Statutory Holiday plus competitive pension scheme and a volunteering allowance of up to 5 days – pro rata in accordance with the length of contract. Additional family friendly benefits including enhancements to Statutory Payments.

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Partnerships Manager and working closely with colleagues in the Partnerships Team, the Partnerships Engagement Coordinator is responsible for working closely with volunteers and school staff to support successful delivery of interactive activities aimed at schools and young people under key funded projects for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. These programmes leverage technology to raise the aspirations and broaden the horizons of children and young people by connecting them to a huge range of volunteers from the world of work via career related learning activities.
The Partnerships team are responsible for relationship management of the key corporate and charity partners for the charity’s Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. Partners cover a range of sectors and employment areas and our employer partnerships provide partners employees with the opportunity to engage with schools, and reach many children and young people across the UK, both virtually and in-person.
This role will be split between supporting organisation of activities related to our corporate partners and delivering activities to schools across parts of the country. There is opportunity to interface directly with children and young people from both secondary and primary schools. through facilitating virtual and in person interactive activities with volunteers.

The Engagement Coordinator will work closely with the Partnerships Manager, Partnership Events Lead and wider Inspiring the Future team. - Providing administrative support across the team, including record-keeping, responding to incoming enquiries, data entry, meeting minute-taking, scheduling, event coordination, etc
- Monitoring new event registrations from schools and sending welcome emails, keeping this up to date with the latest opportunities and messaging for schools
- Supporting the engagement of employers and volunteers in special activities within funded projects.
- Tracking and reporting back to Partnership Manager and Events Lead on delivery against agreed targets
- Using Salesforce CRM to support with data management, assisting with maintaining up to date records and supporting data cleansing as needed

- Setting up virtual and face-to-face activities including school liaison, securing volunteers, organising events via the Inspiring the Future system and hosting on tech platforms (Zoom, MS Teams etc)

- Supporting and co-hosting teacher training sessions, staff meetings and info webinars to promote Inspiring the Future and encourage engagement and independent usage of the platform.

As BSR’s Membership Manager you will be responsible for overseeing BSR’s membership offer. You’ll work on plans to recruit members across a range of roles in the rheumatology specialty and engagement tactics to ensure members are retained year on year.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Membership, you’ll drive forward a compelling value proposition for membership by refining our benefits package and developing tailored audience content. EduSpots is a dynamic, community-driven UK and Ghana-registered charity that connects, trains, and equips volunteer community educators (known as ‘Catalysts’) to drive grassroots educational change. About the Role
EduSpots is seeking a Global Philanthropy Manager—an engaging, dynamic, and proven fundraising specialist who will play a key part in our next phase of growth. As we continue to expand, we need an individual with a track record of securing income from trusts and foundations, ideally at the 5- to 6-figure level (GBP), and the ability to cultivate new funding partnerships.
In the past two years, we have doubled our income and expanded our programmes significantly. We are now poised for further growth and need someone who understands the value of community-driven change. The role
We are seeking a fundraiser who relishes the excitement of exceeding income targets and developing strong relationships. You will identify opportunities to increase the value of your partnership portfolio and work closely with the Corporate Development Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both FareShare and our partners.
You will manage a portfolio of partners: designing and delivering tailored partnership plans and an innovative and personalised suite of partnership activity. You will work with colleagues across fundraising to ensure we maximise the value of our partnerships. We currently have partnerships with a large variety of exciting brands such as Tesco, KPMG, Yorkshire Building Society, Premier Foods and many more. Our partners support us in a variety of ways including cause related marketing campaigns, staff and customer fundraising and corporate donations.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of excellent partnership/relationship management and ideally have experience of delivering a variety of fundraising partnerships including commercial brand licensing and staff fundraising. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.
Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role, and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.

1) Deliver first rate account management to a portfolio of existing corporate partners to achieve objectives and build excellent relationships that facilitate future growth.

· Assisting the CEO and the Executive Team Members in the development and delivery of the Society’s many activities and projects to ensure all tasks are being completed within timelines, effectively and to high standards
· Supporting the Conferences and Events Manager in the development and running of an extensive programme of network events and workshops, and the Society’s annual conference
· Promoting the Society and its events on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X
· Scheduling meetings, organising papers, and some note/minute taking, as required
· Ensuring all actions are recorded and completed following Meetings of the Board of Trustees and standing committee and working group meetings.
· Developing an understanding of the Society’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and managing related data.
· Ensuring the SRHE website is kept up to date, in liaison with other team members
· Providing quality customer service for members and external contacts
Qualifications, skills and experience
You will need to demonstrate that you possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
· Demonstrable experience in a team support role or an administrative assistant role
· Excellent organisation and administration skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good numeracy skills
· Excellent knowledge/application of office IT systems (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Familiarity with website maintenance and basic website management
· Managing, maintaining and manipulating databases
· Preferred education is to undergraduate level with an interest in higher education provision
