The role:

Key Responsibilities:
Events Coordination:
- Assist in organising key London events for the National Pro Bono Centre, including:
- The Commercial Litigators’ Forum (CLF) reception and other evening events and
- Pro Bono Week events in early November.
- Collaborate with event leads and key stakeholders to define event objectives and support requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for speakers and attendees, providing logistical support leading up to and on the day of the events.
Justice Hub Management:
- Bring vision and energy to make the Hub an exciting, collaborative space for access to justice charities.
- Act as the key liaison point for the Founding Members and other organisations using the Justice Hub, managing desk and room bookings.
- Coordinate with the International Dispute Resolution Centre, where the Hub is based, in relation to the operational and administrative management of the Hub.
- Oversee booking systems, health and safety procedures, and office management for the Hub.
It is also anticipated that you will combine both aspects of this role in organising future events at the Justice Hub, bringing together key people from across the legal charity sector to collaborate and share ideas and best practice.
About you:
We are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years proven event management experience and strong office management knowledge.
As part of the role, you will be required to work in the office at least 2 days per week, with the flexibility to travel to London for supplier and venue meetings when required.

Additional information

About the role:
As Co-operative Development Support Officer you will support our Community Shares work including the Booster Fund and the Business Support for co-ops teams. This role involves providing essential support to co-operatives and community organisations, guiding them through the process of setting up co-ops, raising and managing community shares. You will also help track performance against funding priorities, contribute to effective funder reporting, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
• Take the lead on a caseload of enquiries from different organisations, triage their initial contact with us and help them progress successfully throughout their client journey with us
• Support our Community Shares work and work with two of our support programmes including the Booster Fund and Business Support for co-ops, to enable applicants to progress. The Role

Role Purpose
The Social Media Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing Dialogue Earth’s digital presence by implementing a dynamic and evolving social media strategy. Working closely with the Social Media Content Creator and international team members, the post-holder will ensure content is disseminated effectively across various platforms, with a strong focus on audience engagement and alignment with audience personas. - Collaborate closely with the Social Media Content Creator to develop and implement Dialogue Earth’s evolving global social media strategy.

Further Information and Benefits

About the role
The post is part of the Billing Project, an initiative by the London Legal Support Trust, funded by The Legal Education Foundation, aimed at providing specialist support to the free advice sector in London. The project focuses on improving legal aid billing practices to reduce the backlog of unbilled files, enhance cashflow, and maximise income from legal work under legal aid.
