AIMS / PURPOSE OF THE POST
To ensure that services are delivered in accordance with appropriate clinical standards and protocols such as The Survivors Trust, BACP and any specific requirements from the Management Committee, funders and commissioners.
To manage the helpline service by ensuring that the helpline volunteers provide consistent support and an effective service on the helpline. In addition, to be responsible for facilitating the provision of regular supervision sessions, ongoing support and reflective practice, ensuring best practice and assessing the performance of service delivery.
To line manage staff members. Responsible for annual appraisals, ongoing monitoring of performance, identifying and providing relevant training and managing HR issues.
To facilitate the recruitment, induction and training of new staff members.
To identify and organise regular training and personal development opportunities for staff and volunteers.
To oversee marketing activities and the use of social media to promote awareness of Trust House’s services and increase engagement.
To research relevant funding opportunities and produce bespoke grant applications. Identify qualitative and quantitative data and extract relevant information from the database, Lamplight. Produce written progress reports to funders evidencing best practice and using collated data on project progress and outcomes.
To represent the charity with internal and external stakeholders, develop effective working partnerships with statutory, voluntary and other organisations and to undertake external presentations and awareness raising as required.
To undertake administrative responsibilities for the office.
MAIN DUTIES
The Services Coordinator is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
• To coordinate the effective delivery of Trust House’s clinical services;
• To produce and keep up to date all resources and best practice policies and procedures;
• To develop and implement The Survivors Trust service standards and procedures and to support all staff and volunteers to work in accordance with these standards as well as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework;
• To ensure the availability and performance of the required hardware, software, and other tools to support the organisation’s IT requirements;
• To establish and manage effective internal communication processes and on-going feedback opportunities to provide a supportive and responsive infrastructure;
• To line manage and support staff members and student interns;
• To identify and organise the provision of external training and personal development opportunities for staff and volunteers;
• To facilitate the recruitment, induction and training of staff members;
• To represent Trust House as appropriate: in meetings with stakeholder agencies; and as required deliver presentations and support awareness raising activities;
• To manage all marketing activities and the use of social media to promote awareness of Trust House’s services and increase engagement including keeping the website up to date.
• To support the CEO with fundraising activities including researching relevant funding opportunities and completing grant applications.
Helpline management -
• To manage and ensure the provision of an effective, efficient and professional helpline for service users;
• To manage the helpline team, including providing ongoing support, regular supervision and reflective practice;
• To ensure quality assurance for the data entry and case recording of helpline calls on the Lamplight database;
• To track and monitor service metrics to identify areas for improvement;

We are now looking for our next hire - an experienced Senior Producer - to help us support our ambitious plans.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Producer will support SCA’s Artistic Director in the effective delivery of all SCA activity, from planning to delivery review, whilst providing effective event support. You will supervise and manage a small team.
As Senior Producer you will work collaboratively with creative organisations and practitioners; be skilled at building relationships with speed and credibility with people at all levels, cultivating strong relationships with UK, international partners and venues alongside developing new partnerships. You will also support the Artistic Director to oversee and manage events and projects.
You will be a creative, collaborative and ideas driven individual, confident in managing people and multiple priorities, with extensive experience of producing complex productions with a range of partners.
What you will be responsible for:

Identify artistic opportunities that further SCA artistic ambitions, nationally, internationally and digitally by developing partnerships and prospecting leads

Work with the wider SCA freelance team (production manager, tech etc) to deliver diverse commissions, programme strands and ideas across multiple interdisciplinary artforms.

In collaboration with the Artistic Director establish new relationships with potential partners and companies, programmers and producers, nationally and internationally.

Identify the best way to develop each project, and be the first point of contact for events and projects that are taking place locally
-
Ensure artists SCA is working with are supported, communicated with, and managed to ensure the best possible experience.

Manage event/project budgets liaising with the Executive Director providing regular and accurate updates.

Manage and champion representation, accessibility and inclusion across the Producing Process including setting frameworks for accountability and monitoring.

Ensure effective internal production communication between the SCA team, artists, production partners and staff

Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Work with the SCA team to collect data for Arts Council England and other funders as

Lead on projects that include community engagement and meet with the local community champions and figures to profile build and develop relationships, including schools and our work within schools

Represent the company at cultural, city council and Arts Council meetings as required locally and nationally

Work with partner venues to ensure all spaces for projects, including workshops, rehearsals and technical support are booked

Work with the Production manager for site specific delivery to ensure the technical and production requirements for the artists are met.

Liaise with the artists to understand who is attending, what their production and technical requirements are and liaise with venues and SCA staff with regards to implementing this.

Liaise and work with the operations manager with regards to contracting of artists, freelance staff and access to Port Hope.

Advance planning of production schedules in conjunction with the Operations Manger and Studio Assistant to ensure that events can be set up in good time.

What are we looking for?

· To build relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders, creating legacy leads and converting to legators.
· A member of Fundraising Team Leaders, work collaboratively with colleagues to optimise legacy giving opportunities, utilising the full range of marketing platforms and events.
· To develop key messages and tools to enable all staff to integrate legacies into their everyday conversations with our supporters.
What you’ll need to bring to the role
· Proven experience and a successful track record at a senior level in legacy fundraising, including the creation, development and implementation of strategic fundraising plans.
· Excellent people management skills.
· Excellent relationship management, marketing and programme delivery skills.
· Ability to produce accurate budgets and regular forecasts and to communicate complex financial information.
· Experience of developing and promoting in memory and/or legacy fundraising products.

Purpose of the Post
To ensure the development of a strategic communication, marketing, and engagement strategy for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector within the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership. Emphasise and amplify the VCSE’s role in enhancing population health addressing health inequalities and fostering collaboration across the wider system. Lead the representation of the VCS Alliance, and wider VCSE sector, in strategic meetings across Bradford District and Craven. Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders operating at grassroots and strategic levels, including Communications Leads at Community First Yorkshire, Public Health and the NHS.
Background
This is an exciting new opportunity to develop a strategic approach to VCSE voice and influence across the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership to support good population health and health inequality ambitions, specifically relating to healthy minds, healthy children and families and healthy communities. Your role will be to respond to all incoming communications and enquiries from young people seeking support as well as their families and carers, and professionals from external agencies. You will be working within one of our Drop in settings and helping to manage a busy waiting room as well as handling confidential communications coming via the phone, email, SMS and social media.
You will be part of a wider team providing an open access 'one stop shop' offering information and on-going support to young people (aged 13-25), about how to make informed choices about their emotional wellbeing, work, education & finances. So young people need you to be welcoming, supportive and able to work in a confidential way.
You will have wide-ranging and demonstrable experience of working within a busy office and handling sensitive information. You will be integral to connecting our Support Workers to the young people seeking help. You will keep them up to date of all communication and help them to respond to young people trying to access services, often reaching out for the first time. You will also help to make sure our amazing Drop in volunteers are supported and tasked with jobs for the day. Administrative duties will include updating databases, running data reports for the service managers and ensuring the team have all the necessary documents to provide an efficient service. You will help the team to send confidential documents to young people and those supporting them. You will be liaising with medical professionals and representatives from partner agencies so you will also have excellent business communication skills.
Your main base will be Cambridge but you will work alongside colleagues working from all our hubs across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
