This role will require the successful candidate to provide a high quality, evidence based assistive technology service, promoting participation, communication and interaction for children and young people accessing The Children’s Trust Therapy Services. Additionally, you will develop and deliver the service, in collaboration with multidisciplinary health, therapy and education teams.
Our service delivery aims to promote outcome focussed interventions, safe care, function, and participation, of children and young people accessing home, school, and community life. You will provide clinical leadership within the area of assistive technology, across the therapy service, ensuring the delivery of child and family focused goal led interventions at a highly specialist level, for children and young people accessing The Children’s Trust School and in-patient neurorehabilitation services.

Role Requirements
- Lead the provision of high quality, evidence based assistive technology interventions, for children and young people attending The Children’s Trust School and receiving in-patient neurorehabilitation.
- Provide clinical leadership to the Assistive Technology Team, identifying service priorities, service delivery methods and standards of practice.
- Provide assessments for complex augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
- Identify service needs for AAC and selection of appropriate hardware, software, access, and mounting options, as per organisational policies and procedures.
- Understanding of mainstream technologies in specialist support, assistive technology, and computer access.
- Knowledge of environmental control and powered mobility.
- Lead in the design and implementation of communication and technology resources.
- Maintain and disseminate specialist knowledge of eye-gaze control and the use of eye-tracking, within clinical assessment and management.
- Develop therapy goals, plans and methods, in collaboration with the child and family/carers, as well as the Multidisciplinary and Education teams, founded upon evidence-based practice.
- Be an autonomous Practitioner, with responsibility and overview for Assistive Technology interventions, and maintaining relevant records and reports.
- Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team, as well as the child and family, to provide a fully integrated approach to the overall management of the child. This will include any home/school visits, professional child related meetings and/ or appointments, as required.
- Identify and utilise specialist assessments and relevant outcome measures, for children/young people receiving assistive technology interventions.
- Work flexibly across site as needed e.g. with the team in the Children’s Trust School
- Work flexibly in terms of hours, in order to meet the needs of the service, including an early evening (weekly) and one weekend day, per calendar month.
- Represent the Therapy Team and The Children’s Trust when appropriate, deputising for the Team as required.
- Undertake specialist assessments, externally responding to national and international requests.
- Act as the Lead Professional for complex case management and coordination, as and when required.
- Actively participate in, support and Chair relevant Multidisciplinary Team meetings, as and when required.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Finance Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the Charity and providing timely and accurate financial information. The team is responsible for ensuring there is a strong financial control environment, and for providing support and advice on all finance matters to employees across the charity.
This role requires you to be in the office at least two days per week, and combines daily tasks, which require attention to detail to accurately record data and maintain records, along with a broader responsibility for employee expense claims which requires a proactive approach and initiative in resolving issues and helping others around the organisation.
This role requires excellent focus, time management and prioritisation as it involves daily, weekly, and monthly tasks which must be carried out methodically in accordance with documented procedures, and which may vary in complexity depending on queries and requests received. It requires organisation over workloads, providing the ability to help others in the team as needed.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Answering the Finance Team telephone line.
· Managing the Finance Team shared inbox, dealing with basic queries, and passing other queries to the appropriate colleague.
· Assisting in the maintenance of corporate credit card records, including applications for new credit cards, removal of cards for leavers and changing credit limits.
· Maintenance and administration of Webexpenses including the creation of new employees, removal of leavers and changes to the costing structures, approval paths and limits. Providing employees with appropriate induction, training, and support to ensure they understand Webexpenses and the relevant expenses and credit card policies. Ensuring all expense and credit card claims are processed in accordance with the relevant policy guidelines in issue at the time.
· Processing and payment of employee expenses.
· Imports of corporate credit card statements to Webexpenses, and monthly reconciliation of credit card statements to WebExpenses claims.
· Purchase ledger support including chasing for purchase orders, matching purchase invoices to purchase orders, posting invoices to the finance system and assisting with payment runs.
· Recording, management, and reconciliation of cash received directly to the office.
· Scanning and posting of cheques received and sending to the bank.
· Occasional trip to the bank, to bank foreign currency and cash.
· Opening of Finance Team post, filing/distributing as appropriate.
· Payment of manual expense claims not processed via Webexpenses.
· Sending non-cheque vouchers to the relevant agencies.
· Year end audit assistance, collating documents such as invoices, cheques, or bank statements for auditors.

About the role
Advocates support people to express their views, understand their rights and make informed decisions. Much of their work is with some of the most vulnerable in our society who cannot speak up for themselves and have no family members or friends who can do so. Role purpose
At Fair4All Finance, we are making direct social investments (£40m+ to date) and grants into community finance providers and social fintechs to support their growth and future sustainability, as a key part of our strategy to scale up the provision of affordable credit. This includes our new Community Finance Resilience Fund - we expect to have offered 40-50 grants from this Fund by end summer 2024 (at which point we expect the Fund to be fully committed).
We are now looking for an experienced grants manager to manage this grant portfolio. This will include deploying remaining grants (once approved by our grants committee), liaising with grantee organisations (primarily credit unions and CDFIs) on finalising grant agreements, supporting regular social impact and financial reporting, and dealing with ad hoc queries. There are good development opportunities as we develop our impact reporting.

Anti Racist Cumbria exists to make Cumbria an anti-racist county. That’s our aim. If we’re serious about doing that we need everyone (or more people than not) to want that too, and to work with us to make that happen. And yes, that means we need the young people who live here to be a part of that too.
Your job isn’t to run the projects, although there might be some of that at the the start whilst you get things moving (there’s more about that below), your job is to manage them via actions like:

You’re not a youth worker, you’re a manager of projects that are driven by youth workers and led by young people.
Main duties and responsibilities
Your job will be to build and coordinate projects that the young people want to do in creative ways, and to ensure that the projects meet our aim of becoming an anti-racist county. There is a current team of part time, self employed youth workers who do not work set hours or set days, so a big part of your job will be to work out what you need in terms of people and resources for projects, then work to deliver on that. The projects that you’re overseeing are with, and for, young people, so sessions will naturally take place during evenings, possibly at weekends, during school holidays and sometimes overnight (residentials) in a variety of settings. So you will need to be prepared for varied and often unsociable hours when projects are forming and during their life spans.
It’s also important to understand that although this is a project management role, initially as you start out, it will inevitably involve meeting and engaging with lots of young people. As projects begin to be created you’ll therefore need to be a key part of the delivery team and working directly with the young people. That means you will be delivering for a while as you get things off the ground, but longer term we envision you stepping back from direct delivery once things are up and running smoothly. So if working directly with young people is NOT your thing, even for a short period of time, this isn’t the role for you. Equally if working directly with young people and ONLY working directly with young people is your bag, again this job isn’t for you.

In addition to overseeing policy and research output, you would be responsible for leading a democratic and governance structure that is so innovative it is currently the source of an international academic study. We are looking for a CRM Developer to work collaboratively with the Head of Business Intelligence, the Database and Analysis lead and other teams within Scope in delivering a best in class CRM.
Fixed term 12 months, 35 hours per week
Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW with flexibility to work from the office and from home.
The role
As our CRM Developer, you will act as one of Scope’s technical leads, primarily responsible for configuring and developing our Dynamics 365 estate over time. This role is crucial in shaping CRM systems solutions architecture and design, collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence team to enhance our systems and contribute to the wider Dynamics strategy.
As a CRM Developer, you will:
- Be the go-to expert for Dynamics CRM, solving problems and helping others.
- Work with the business team to find and implement the best solutions.
- Improve the system to make it faster and more stable.
- Turn ideas into new features and update the system every month.
- Review changes and fix any issues with the CRM system.
- Manage the data coming into the system and keep everything organised.
- Stay updated with new features in Dynamics 365 and add them as needed.
- Write and update guides and documents.
- Make sure the system follows company rules.
- Lead projects and help train the team.
- Do other tasks as needed.
- Create support materials and technical documentation for IT and Database teams.
- Ensure system compliance with company policies and standards.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and incorporate necessary changes.
- Lead project initiatives and provide training and support in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
- Perform other tasks as assigned within the scope of the role.

About you
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:
- A Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Platform, Power Pages, Customer Voice, and the basics and main features of Dynamics 365
- Experience customizing Dynamics 365 and understanding databases and cloud services
- Experience with moving and connecting data using tools like SSIS, Power Automate, REST APIs, and Azure Data Factory
- Experience in checking and testing the quality of work
- Familiarity with project tools like Visio, JIRA, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs like Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, and SharePoint
- Experience with Azure DevOps, SQL Server, JSON, Python, R, and process control tools
- Experience with MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Experience helping users or managing a support desk
- Strong skills in Excel
- Ability to explain technical ideas in a simple way
- Problem-solving skills for data issues
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing team members according to company policies

To enable your professional wellbeing and development, you will have regular supervision, be supported by a Senior Manager as well as your peers, and have access to external training and mentoring chosen by you.
The post-holder will have experience of overseeing, developing and evaluating services for Carers, or perhaps mental health, wellbeing, or similarly targeted information, advice or support services or projects. You must demonstrate experience working in partnership with health, social care and other voluntary sector organisations and have a good understanding of, and be flexible to, the needs of Carers as well as the organisation.
