Purpose of the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in developing Adoption UK’s new corporate income strategy. The right candidate will have a proven track record of developing new partnerships and stewarding accounts to maximum potential. Going above and beyond to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued and connected to our cause, you'll use your creativity and networking skills to identify future growth opportunities that match the mission and priorities of Adoption UK.
The successful post-holder will manage the entire partnership life-cycle from contract and grant acceptance to delivery, ensuring that KPIs are met, income is accurately recorded, and that all activities comply with the Fundraising Regulator guidelines, GDPR, VAT and other legal requirements.
Must haves:

Main duties & Responsibilities
Securing New Corporate Partnership Business
·To support in the creation of a new corporate fundraising strategy and subsequently implement this
·Develop resources, pitch decks and communications to attract new partnerships
·Identify, research and approach a pipeline of potential corporate partners, including those with existing links to employees, volunteers, trustees and members.
·Confidently pitch and write proposals to potential corporate partners, tailoring style and approach according to their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) priorities
·Research and attend networking events and activities to support new income opportunities
Corporate Partnership Account Management
·Account-manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, e.g. charity of the year, company sponsorship, staff fundraising, etc, ensuring mutually agreed partnership journeys are clearly planned and well executed

JOB PURPOSE
As part of the Corporate Partnerships team in the Fundraising and Development directorate, Partnership Development is responsible for leading on securing new, high-value, strategic partnerships to support our vision of ensuring that no child or young person is too hungry to learn now and for good.

The Karen Hilltribes Trust (KHT) is a UK registered Charity that has worked in Northern Thailand for the past three decades. Our mission is to partner with Karen communities to improve their health, livelihoods, and access to education. Main Purpose of The Position
The Fundraising Manager will work closely with the Thai-Karen team and Director of KHT to secure funding to support the successful operation of the charity and implement projects in KHT’s three key programme areas: Community Health; Sustainable Livelihoods; and Access to Education. The role will be primarily desk based but with opportunities to travel to the field. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:

Person Specification
You’ll likely have:
• Several years of experience in a relevant role fundraising for registered charities.
• Demonstrable success in securing funding through grant applications and by engaging donors.

About EFA
English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 400 adult migrants across London. We’ve become a national centre of good practice for a radical participatory approach to ESOL, informed by the work of Paulo Freire, and we share this approach through training, research and partnerships.
Organisation: We are a staff team of 8 people supported by a larger team of volunteers and 9 trustees. EFA promotes shared leadership and collaboration and we aim for our organisational structure to reflect this. In the last 4 years we’ve transitioned away from having a CEO to an executive team to oversee operations and decision-making. As a charity, ultimate responsibility for, and control of, the organisation lies with the Board of Trustees.
Fundraising at EFA: We have one permanent fundraiser at EFA, who works two days per week on this area of work. ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving, Major Donors, and legacies.
