Job Purpose
As BSR’s Marketing and Communications Manager you will deliver impactful communications and data-driven marketing plans that support our mission and vision.
You’ll work with teams to build strategic marketing and communications plans and manage a tactical calendar of multi-channel activity. All of which will drive engagement with clinical guidance, the latest science and research, quality education programmes, professional events and conferences.
You’ll focus on promoting member benefits to boost recruitment and retention across the adult, paediatric and adolescent rheumatology community. And you’ll help colleagues to tell compelling stories of our work, to celebrate the work of our members, to showcase rheumatology as a career and to highlight the issues of most importance to our members.
You’ll lead a talented team that manages the organisation’s communications channels, digital marketing, content strategy, and our people focused brand. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Membership, you’ll play a key role in our data capability and insights, helping us to focus on impact led activity. You’ll also help colleagues to gather feedback and intelligence about our members and audiences, enabling us to continually improve our member offering.
This role requires a creative, pro-active and impact-oriented marcomms professional who excels in both planning and hands-on execution.
Main responsibilities
Team leadership and development

Desirable knowledge/expertise
- Working or volunteering in a charity or community organisation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Beacon, Salesforce, or contact databases)

Pregnancy Options Centre (Options) are seeking a Fundraising and Marketing Officer to raise funds for our counselling and education services: supporting people in crisis or distress around unplanned pregnancy or pregnancy loss experiences and educating the next generation on matters surrounding sexual health and healthy relationships. The role
In an exciting note role within TEP, we are recruiting our first Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of designing and managing marketing and communications campaigns with impact.
Working closely with TEP Directors and ImpactEd Group Directors you will develop, implement and manage the communications and marketing activity for TEP as we build awareness and uptake of The Engagement Platform across the country and internationally.

About the role
This is a brilliant opportunity to inspire our amazing supporters to fundraise for Breast Cancer Now. Your focus will be to develop marketing plans and campaigns for products across the community & events portfolio; from our flagship fundraising event the Pink Ribbon Walks and unique challenges such as Night in the Wild through to third party events such as the London Marathon and Great North Run. You’ll also work on the marketing of our community fundraising activity including DIY fundraising and in-memory giving.

The role covers the full marketing mix, including paid social, email, print, direct mail, radio, and other relevant channels.
With strong marketing experience, you can skilfully plan and deliver campaigns across online and offline channels to reach targets. You have experience developing engaging direct response campaigns and excellent copywriting skills to create materials for different channels and audiences.
Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented, you bring exceptional project management skills and a drive to make a meaningful impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly and adapting as needed.
Your project management experience enables you to oversee multiple campaigns while collaborating confidently with agencies, stakeholders, and teams to deliver quality work on time. A strong understanding of KPIs allows you to evaluate and optimize campaigns, applying insights to improve future performance. These skills also equip you to manage, support, and develop the Community & Events Officer.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Response are looking for an enthusiastic & creative individual to join our Communication & Fundraising team as Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of Response’s social media strategies, overseeing both paid and organic content to raise awareness of the organisation’s work, connect with key stakeholders, and drive digital fundraising. As part of a small, dynamic team of five, including the Associate Director of Fundraising, Communications and Marketing, and two Communications and Digital Marketing Officers, and a PR consultant the postholder will play a central role in enhancing our digital presence, delivering results-focused campaigns, and supporting the broader communications and fundraising goals of Response.

Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid and organic social media campaigns.
Work collaboratively to identify target audiences and create tailored, impactful content to engage potential donors, key stakeholders, including commissioners, potential new employees and those who may benefit from our services.
Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content that demonstrates the impact of Response’s work, using lived experience stories, case studies, and data-driven insights.
Oversee the management of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Identify and develop opportunities to grow digital fundraising, leveraging paid social media campaigns, crowdfunding, and other tools.

About you

You’ll have a CIM/IDM or similar marketing qualification and a proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in charity or health marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brief.
