About us
Who we are
ImpactEd Group exists to support our partners to make better decisions using high quality evidence. The Group consists of 3 discrete, but complementary, business units:
-
ImpactEd Evaluation works with schools and organisations, such as multi-academy trusts and education organisations, to analyse the impact of programmes, processes and interventions to help partners do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.
-
ImpactEd Consulting offers strategic and operational support for its partners, to address challenges and underpin carefully managed growth.
-
The Engagement Platform measures school and teacher engagement, to support the development of sustainable working cultures.
-
In addition to the three business units we have an internally facing Operations and Product team who work alongside each of the business units.
Since being founded in 2017, ImpactEd has worked with thousands of schools and hundreds of education organisations, serving more than a quarter of a million students annually. In 2018, we won the Teach First Innovation Award; in 2019, our work was profiled by the Department for Education; and in 2020, we published the largest pupil-facing piece of research into the impact of lockdown. In 2023, we moved to a group structure with the incorporation of ImpactEd Consulting (formerly the RBU Partnership) and TEP (the Engagement Platform), and you will join us at an exciting time of development and growth for the organisation, targeting a turnover of £2.5m this year. We are a growing and skilled team of over 30 people, supported by a Board with a significant track record of commercial success, social impact and educational development. Our strategy commits to systemic impact by helping our partners to make better decisions and empowering our team to make decisions on behalf of the organisation as part of our aspirations for employee ownership.
