About this job:
As New Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Develop a personal prospect pipeline in key sectors to meet monthly KPIs and raise a personal income target which contributes to an overall team target.
- Secure pledged income in future financial years in key sectors.
- Support the Senior New Partnerships Manager in the identification and cultivation of new corporate partnerships and access a range of income streams and budget holders including cause related marketing, sponsorship, consultancy services, staff engagement and corporate trusts/foundations.
- Support the Senior New Partnerships Manager, Deputy Head of Corporate Partnerships and Head of Corporate and Commercial Partnerships in attending meetings with potential corporate partners, including preparing relevant briefs in advance.

- Fully utilise Dogs Trust’s annual calendar of events for prospect cultivation.
About you:
As an experienced new business fundraiser with a stellar track record in developing 5-6 figure new corporate partnerships within a charity setting, you will be adept at identifying and cultivating a pipeline of prospects, crafting compelling and emotionally resonant proposals tailored to a corporate audience, and influencing and negotiating with senior business decision-makers. Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. We are recruiting for an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialist in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. We are a Centre of Excellence and adhere closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. No prior experience in IPS is required. The role we are recruiting for is as follows:
One Full Time: 35 hours per week - this roles will be based onsite/in the community 4 days per week and work from home 1 day.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment. You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led. You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.
We are now recruiting for a new role in the Resources Team, Crisis at Christmas to support with coordinating the material donations needed to set up and run Crisis at Christmas centres and services. Every year, Crisis at Christmas opens its doors to people who need our support, offering warmth, accommodation, healthcare, food, and specialist advice. Last Christmas we worked with over 6,600 people facing homelessness through our day centres and hotels in London, and Crisis Skylight centres across Britain.

Social media
- Maintain Blagrave’s social media accounts, and work with the wider team to ensure a regular social media presence for Blagrave.

- Proactively monitor our social media channels, responding as relevant.

The Miscarriage Association is a national charity dedicated to providing support and information to anyone affected by the loss of a baby in pregnancy. We are looking for a well-organised, highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Youth Worker (Youth Voice), supporting our mission to enable young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or unsafe to achieve independence and positive futures.
The successful candidate will work within the Youth Work Team to deliver our frontline drop-in service and support our weekly and monthly activities to all young people experiencing homelessness.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated individual, who has a flexible attitude to lead on our translation service within the Fund.
The Fund is a truly bilingual organisation. Our principle is to treat the Welsh and English languages equally by offering a bilingual service to our customers and grant holders on a day-to-day basis.
You will work independently alongside numerous teams to ensure an effective and accurate translation service for the whole organisation. You will ensure that all our online and off-line materials, including new web pages, publications and corporate initiatives, are translated in accordance with agreed deadlines.
You will work closely with our Welsh Language Officer to ensure that the Fund fulfils its statutory legal requirements to comply with the Welsh Language Standards under the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.
The ability to speak and write in Welsh fluently and confidently is essential for this post.
