We are looking to recruit a Mental Health Project Worker who will be based at our Cornerstone Day Centre, a community centre for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The project worker will actively promote and support the aims and objectives of the Cornerstone Health Hub and the Cornerstone Homeless Mental Health Project.
The Mental Health Project Worker will help to develop the service as a psychologically and trauma informed service, focusing on achieving mental health outcomes establishing positive, effective links and referral pathways with mental health services. You will work in the drop-in identifying people in need of mental health interventions, recognising when mental health is deteriorating, or urgent treatment is needed and will take appropriate action.
You will have a strength-based approach and experience of working in a community mental health setting with people who have complex needs and will contribute positively to the multi-disciplinary team.
Additionally, you must be a mental health nurse or have an equivalent professional mental health qualification along with excellent communication skills, good IT and administration skills with knowledge of effective mental health interventions and referral pathways.
The hours of the role are flexible but to be worked with the core working hours, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Peer support is an essential part of South East London Mind and we have Lived Experience Support Workers (LESWs) based in the Southwark Primary Care Mental Health Teams (PCMHT), assisting in a community mental health model in Southwark with a focus on integrated care. Working alongside and complementing the mental health care provided by South London and Maudsley NHS colleagues in the Multi-Disciplinary Teams, LESWs offer a strengths-based holistic approach with empathy and understanding, providing their clients with more pathways to recovery and accessing the right interventions and support based on their individual needs. We are currently recruiting for a LESW position within the North PCMHT based at the Chaucer Resource Centre, 13 Ann Moss Way, London, SE16 2TH, with regular travel to community venues and home visits. This role involves connecting with service users based on shared experiences of mental health challenges, therefore lived experience of mental health challenges is an essential requirement for this role. INTRODUCTION
An exciting opportunity to work with the Islington Core community mental health multidisciplinary/multiagency team, which integrates services across Health, Social Care and the Voluntary & Community Sector.
The North London NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health and social care services, across five Boroughs. The Keyworker role will be based within the Islington Core Teams. About the role
This is an exciting time to join us as we launch our Early Intervention Service for Children and Young people across West Kent. The successful candidate will be working with Children and Young people aged 11 to 18 delivering a range of prevention and early intervention activities within primary care.
The activities will consist of providing one to one mental health awareness sessions offering facilitated self-help provision to individuals. Based at West Kent Mind’s offices in Sevenoaks but will be working primarily in Tunbridge Wells to start with and as the programme develops, expanding into Sevenoaks and Tonbridge at a later stage.
Key Objectives include but are not limited to:
· To deliver supported and guided self-help to children and young people (CYP) through our Early Intervention Service to improve overall mental wellbeing.
· The promotion of wellbeing, early intervention, and community engagement as core principles guiding the organisation’s activities.
· Support the use and maintenance of office and team related information recording systems (Beacon CRM) to monitor client journeys and service impact.
· Network with other agencies to establish effective and mutually beneficial partnerships and pathways.

Who You Are
All previous experience may be paid or voluntary, full, or part-time, in the UK or overseas.
1. You have worked in an office, GP-based setting, school, or other environments supporting Children and Young People.

Mindworks is increasingly making user voice and participation more central to everything we do, and a formal strategy is due to be launched in Winter 2024, to build upon the previous work to date and to continue our journey.

Summary of role
This post is responsible for ensuring that guests who attend Highway House are in the first instance made welcome. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative mental health support coordinator to lead our programme based in Lewisham for LGBTQ+ communities. We are hiring a Recovery Worker to join our women's only refuge in Hove. The service supports 18 women with a trauma informed approach using a psychologically informed environment model to provide high quality, person centred support to all our residents.
You will support with a range of frontline care and support activities within the service, in a varied role.
