Who we are
CREST Waltham Forest is a generic voluntary sector social development agency, established in 1971.
Our current projects:-
- CREST Clubs -- a Disability Day Service for older people experiencing disability and/or dementia.
- Thinkarts -- a mental health service providing support and opportunties to those who use art as part of their recovery
- Harmony Hall -- a community centre at the heart of Walthamstow offering adult learning, health and wellbeing opportunities, faith communities, mental health support and more to Walthamstow residents
- Time to Change -- CREST is a key partner in Waltham Forest being nominated the first funded T2C London hub challenging mental health stigma and discrimination
- CREST Charity Shop -- located at 55 Walthamstow High Street
- The Big Local -- CREST has been chosen buy local residents to be the local trusted organisation for four of the national lottery Big Locals -- St James Street and William Morris in Walthamstow, Noel Park in Wood Green, and North Meets South in Barking and Dagenham
CREST are continuously looking for volunteers to assist in the Charity Shop and Disability service.
