The Database Manager position is an exciting new opportunity to work alongside the Head of Salesforce to develop a solid foundation working with the world’s largest integrated CRM platform, Salesforce. Winston’s Wish is currently leveraging various Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Non-Profit Success Pack. Additionally, we are investing in Marketing Cloud and AI in the upcoming year as part of our strategic shift towards a 'digital first' approach.
We’re looking for someone with an ability to use their initiative to get things done, an enthusiasm for quality improvement with a keen eye for detail and someone with compassion and empathy for those affected by bereavement. Whether you’re already a certified Salesforce Administrator or have lots of experience maintaining Salesforce but are yet to obtain the certification, we’d like to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- You’ll be our 'go-to’ person for Salesforce end users;
- Support the day-to-day platform administrative functions and configuration including user management, permissions, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, reports & dashboards;
- Working on declarative development utilising Flows, custom objects, workflows, validation rules and security configuration;
- Support day-to-day user queries;
- Proactive system maintenance including keeping up with Salesforce releases, features and best practices;
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed;
- Collaborate with Fundraising, Bereavement Services and Marketing & Communications to gather and analyse business requirements and translate into scalable solutions;
- Provide ongoing user training and create training materials/technical documentation as needed;

Person Specification

- Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 1 years’ experience or someone with 1 years’ experience of working in Salesforce at an administrator level (but would like to achieve the Salesforce Administrator Certification);
- Confident using DataLoader to manage imports and exports of data;
- Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports;
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels;
- A proactive attitude to implementing best practice solutions;
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development;
- Hands-on experience with either Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, NPSP and/or FormAssembly, don’t worry if you haven’t got experience of all of them;
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels.

- During the first 6 months, time will be allocated to self-learning/self-development via Salesforce’s Trailhead learning platform and other resources;

Role responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by helping to create job descriptions, place adverts, attract quality candidates and conduct assessments.
- Staff Onboarding: Ensure all new staff are welcomed and integrated into the organisation, guided by the new starter checklist.

Reporting to the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, as Media (Press) and Campaigns Manager you will create campaigns, partnerships and content that have innovation at their heart and support the organisation's advocacy goals. You'll work in close collaboration with the Marketing Communications team to grow reach and engagement across communication channels, delivering campaigns that mobilise support and leverage media opportunities.
Salary: £30,961 plus Regional Weighting (£4,454 in London). All staff also receive £600 per year work from home allowance.

About the role
Location: Derbyshire (community based) with some elements of home-working.
As a Dementia Adviser, you will provide person-centred and outcomes focused information, advice and support services to people affected by dementia and memory loss symptoms in Derbyshire. You will identify their needs and the services they may wish to access, support the improvement of their sense of wellbeing, putting them in more control of their lives.
You may need to work with a variety of other professionals, such as GP’s, memory clinic staff and other health and social care partners, and support may be provided in person, over the telephone, via virtual options or in writing. We aim to reach people affected by dementia from all communities and support their needs within their own community.
About you
We are looking to welcome an approachable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual who will focus on supporting people affected by Dementia across Derbyshire.
You will have:
- A passion for supporting people to maintain their independence, improve their sense of well-being, and help them take more control of their lives

Fundraising and Membership Officer
Twins Trust are delighted to be recruiting a Fundraising and Membership Officer. This role is a great opportunity to support an ambitious team in delivering their regular giving programme, and supporter journeys for both donors and members.
This role will support the Head of Development and Insights and Data manager in ensuring that regular giving and membership administration runs smoothly from the perspective of both external and internal stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
Supporter journeys: To provide excellent customer services to Twins Trust’s supporters; develop and implement efficient and effective supporter journeys using our CRM; and find ways to engage new and existing supporters.
Database and donation management: Be the first point of contact for donors/members; Acknowledge and process all donations including Direct Debits processed twice monthly, liaising with the Finance team to reconcile income.
Data management and systems: Ensure that records are accurate and kept up to date on our CRM database, Microsoft Dynamics; capture and analyse data to help inform decisions about donor stewardship.
General Administration: Respond to queries from our supporters; prepare fundraising materials; and, provide support to the wider fundraising team.

Main Purpose:
