Job description

The New Normal are seeking an IT Volunteer!The primary responsibilities of this role will be the provision of IT support and troubleshooting for the Charity's staff and volunteers.

We are looking for a driven and proactive person to support TNN in it's mission to provide free-to-access peer support for a diverse range of grief experiences, communities and identities.

Applicants should have the capacity to reliably provide around 6 hours per month on a flexible basis. 

We are seeking someone who has experience in providing IT and/or tech support for a charity, organisation or business. They should have skills in common software, applications, platforms and web management, such as Microsoft, Onedrive, Squarespace and GoDaddy.

We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and pathways. This is a voluntary role and responsibilities are listed in below Job Description. 

[Due to the nature of the role and the work we do, the successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check. Persons will be shortlisted and appointed based solely on character, skills, qualifications and experience.]
