About the role

Step 2 and 3 of the NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire service is provided in partnership by Solent Mind (step 2) and Southern Health NHS Foundation (step 3). We employ Qualified PWPs to deliver support to step 2 patients.

This role involves delivering assessments as well as evidenced-based low intensity CBT interventions for those with mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety disorders. The range of treatments you may provide would include one-to-one guided self-help via telephone and video, with the opportunity to offer face-to-face in addition to cCBT programmes, webinars, workshops and psycho-educational groups.

You’ll be based across either Eastleigh, Gosport or Basingstoke Digital Hubs, including hybrid working considered with some home working each week.

The starting salary is £28,407 pro-rata, per annum rising to £30,639 after 2 years of service and then £34,581 after a further 2 years of service.

About you

You’ll need to be highly motivated and resilient to cope with the demands of working in this large, high volume service. To be successful, you’ll also need strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner and excellent IT and organisational skills.

You must hold a Postgraduate or Degree Certificate in Psychological Therapies, otherwise you cannot be considered for this role.

As a Senior HR Officer you will provide high quality HR advice and support, including running all aspects of the HR function, as well as advising on improving HR, People and Culture processes and systems. Your duties will include, leading, advising and delivering effective end-to-end recruitment & on-boarding, improving employee experience through to payroll support, advising on salary Benchmarking and pay progressions. The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.

This role sits within our Nottinghamshire Service which works with and supports children and young people involved in and/or vulnerable to sexual exploitation/criminal exploitation and those young people that have required therapeutic support. We also have parent/carer support in place to emotionally support parents and carers that are impacted by exploitation and to raise awareness and increase understanding to enable to them to increase protection for their children.

We also deliver work around 'systems change' that challenge the challenges and barriers that exist within professional systems and processes that may increase further risk and harm for young people. The project supports young people who are wishing to exit the abusive and exploitative relationships/situations they find themselves involved/forced into. It also works preventatively with children and young people in a variety of settings as well as offering training and information sessions to groups of professionals regarding sexual exploitation.

The purpose of the Programme Officer role is to support the successful delivery of the In2research Programme. 

Your specific duties will include: 

Programme Delivery 

• Manage participants and volunteers from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, matching, onboarding, troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.

This role is within our Youth Impact Directorate. It will support the team in a range of activities, but predominantly in overseeing external and internal enquiries into the team relating to safeguarding and adults accessing records who have previously been adopted through or historically in the care of The Children's Society.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Administrator to join a Finance team.  You will have a pro-active approach and ‘can-do’ attitude, which will be key to fulfilling the following responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the Finance Department and IT function

The Role

What we need from you

• A proven track record of positive stakeholder engagement and relationship management, both internally and externally

Richmond Carers Centre, a network partner of the Carers Trust, is a registered charity providing information, support, advice and a voice for carers living and caring in London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

Helping Carers to Live Well is our organisational aim. We provide a targeted service to young carers, aged 5 – 18 years. Young carers, provide vital emotional and practical support to a family member with a care need including sibling young carers. Their care role can have an impact on their wellbeing, education and social opportunities. The successful candidate would work across all DASH supported housing projects, but primarily within our Dispersed Service based in the Durham area.  You will be responsible for providing enhanced housing management, advocacy and support to residents with mid to high, multiple needs including mental and physical health issues, history of DV, substance dependency and housing related support needs. 

You will be focussed on helping our residents to build on their strengths, overcome problems and support them to move towards a more independent lifestyle. You’ll do this through your care, respect, empathy, and commitment to creating and delivering tailored, personalised support plans, and multi-agency working.

Maintaining a safe and secure environment is key, this may see you dealing with emergency situations and so you will work within H&S procedures especially regarding Risk Assessment, Safeguarding, and Lone Working.

You will be passionate about providing tailored support according to our residents’ individual needs, applying the principles of Strengths-Based and Trauma Informed Care.

You will have experience of support work or social care, and a knowledge and understanding of mental health issues and behaviours that challenge.
