Surgery and anaesthesia have a fundamental and growing impact on global health outcomes. Surgical intervention could address at least 30% of the global burden of disease, and yet the poorest 33% of people receive just 3.5% of all surgery. Post-operative mortality rates 1,000 times higher than in some high-income countries can be found in parts of the world where surgery and anaesthesia have been neglected, and in some countries as many as 90% of anaesthetic departments do not have the equipment to provide a safe anaesthetic for a child.

Purpose of Role
In your role of Communications Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of WFSA’s objectives by helping to implement advocacy and communications strategies.
You will report to the Head of Advocacy & Communications and liaise regularly with the rest of the small staff team in the Secretariat. The role:
As an Anti Social Behaviour Officer at SNG you'll be responsible for the delivery of a responsive and proactive service to our residents to tackle all forms of hate crime, nuisance and anti-social behaviour. You'll also make and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, including the police and legal advisors.

We’re seeking a Project Support Officer to become part of RBL’s skilled and innovative Transformation team on a 15-month Fixed Term Contract.
With a growing number of strategic programmes, our Transformation Management Office (TMO) is committed to maintaining its successful achievements. The successful Project Support Officer should be proactive with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working with an experienced team you will be reporting into the Transformation Cluster Leader.
Some of the key areas of responsibility are as follows:
- Support the Cluster Leader, Programme or Project Manager to ensure programme and project delivery is managed to a defined plan, with the appropriate project management methods, processes and standards implemented and maintained throughout the programme or project lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide updates and address concerns.
- Support the Cluster Leader, Programme or Project Manager to prepare regular progress reports and presentations.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and issues, working closely with Programme and Project managers to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
