We have an exciting opening for someone to join our senior leadership team leading our campaigning work. We need a strategic expert who understands politics, campaigning and how to get the best out of campaigning organisations. The Campaigns Director must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's financial position, proactively managing budgets and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure organisational health and sustainability.
The Campaigns Director leads the Campaigns department, crafting our plans and supporting the team to execute powerful, people-powered campaigns that shape the country to be fair, respectful and sustainable. They oversee campaign strategy development, as well as teams that execute our plans, run our social media campaigns, and our public/media affairs work, all while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and political positioning.
The Campaigns Director must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's financial position, proactively managing budgets and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure organisational health and sustainability. They play a critical role in steering the organisation's narrative, tracking campaign progress, and working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align campaign objectives and work in progress with other organisational insights and initiatives.
Your background and experience

DFN Project SEARCH is delivering transformative change, supporting, and helping young people with learning disabilities and autism into the world of work. Nationally only 4.8% of people with special educational needs and disabilities gain permanent paid employment in the UK yet 70 percent of DFN Project SEARCH graduates gain jobs, 60 percent of them achieving full-time permanent roles.
You will be required to improve the quality and outcomes of existing DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area. This is with the aim of supporting the organisations to ensure that every intern has the best possible chance to gain full-time paid employment. The focus of this role is to ensure continuous improvement across all sites, relating to model fidelity and outcomes. This relates particularly to sites achieving less than 60% employment outcomes.

You would be joining us at a time when in the middle of last year, we launched our new identity as the Leadership Skills Foundation (previously Sports Leaders UK) alongside a new 5-year ‘Evolve’ strategy. Having navigated the challenges of the pandemic, the organisation has naturally placed an emphasis in recent years on retaining and sustaining the existing relationships we have with the 2,500 organisations (centres) that deliver our programmes.
Looking ahead, with new programmes and partnerships emerging, this role will now play a significant part in helping us expand the network of centres delivering Leadership Skills Foundation programmes and broaden the audiences we reach. • Support public service innovation and impact: Ensure CPI is designing creative programs with our partners that help civil servants excel as stewards of public resources

• Convene thought leaders: Recognising government reform is hard work and hugely complex, the CEO can leverage CPI networks to create meaningful spaces for shared learning and co- produced thought leadership.

CPI’s approach starts with a shift in values and thinking before driving system change and service design. Our work spans thematic areas like democratic governance, climate change, AI, gender equity, public health, and more. Therefore, we need a CEO who can:
• Cultivate our strategy: Building on existing strengths, develop a long-term strategy for the organization that delivers on its mission and for its partners, while harnessing the full range of capabilities within the team. CPI has a regionally federated structure, with authority appropriately devolved to trusted leaders across the organization. The CEO will play a critical role in uniting these efforts by identifying CPI’s core strengths and focus areas and clearly articulating strategic priorities for both the short and long term. At the same time, the CEO must ensure that CPI remains agile and responsive to emerging opportunities for growth and impact.
• Communicate CPI’s identity: Clarify and strengthen CPI’s identity. Ensure that our work, though complex, is communicated boldly and clearly to raise our profile. Our recent re-brand is part of this, but our next CEO will help craft a bolder, sharper presentation of who we are and how we serve.
• Global perspective and leadership: Continue to build a truly global organization, with a presence across multiple regions. While much of our team, work, and revenue are currently concentrated in the United States, we are committed to maintaining and expanding our international presence. The next CEO must have a global outlook, be comfortable working across different cultures, and actively support CPI’s vision of remaining a diverse and internationally balanced organization. REMUNERATION
At CPI, we are committed to aligning our compensation framework with the principles of fairness, equity, and transparency. We benchmark salaries using national, country-specific data and aim to offer compensation between the 50th and 75th percentiles for all staff roles. Additionally, we maintain a 5-to-1 ratio between the most senior and junior staff, ensuring that our compensation structure remains equitable across the organization.
For the CEO role, a competitive salary will be offered in line with local benchmarking for the country where the CEO is based. As a reference, in our two largest offices, the salary range for a UK-based CEO is £170,000-200,000, and for a US-based CEO, the range is $275,000-310,000. Beyond base salary, we take a holistic approach to compensation, offering a benefits package designed to support work-life balance. About Us
The Veterans’ Foundation (VF) is an independent grant-making charitable foundation. It has established a substantial grants’ programme to support charities and organisations in the UK that provide charitable support to those in need among serving armed forces personnel, veterans, operationally qualified seafarers and their immediate families. The charity has grown rapidly since inception in July 2016 and has to date (Oct 24) given away more than £25M to good causes and handed out around £1.6M to good causes each quarter for the past year.
The VF supports a broad range of charities and organisations that deliver a wide variety of projects to members of the armed forces’ community including those that reduce homelessness, increase employment, provide welfare and medical support, increase confidence and social integration, as well as reducing dependence on alcohol and drugs. About the Role
This interim role will play a pivotal part in the future of the charity by leading the team and our network of local partnerships to support those experiencing, or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
This high-impact role requires an independent and strategic leader who can balance managing existing partnerships with identifying and cultivating new opportunities and exploring options for a sustainable future for the charity.

About the Responsibilities
Manage existing SSN locations:
- Manage relationships with existing locations and strengthen engagement with them, ensuring they receive tailored support and we receive maximum income.
- Use our CRM system to track partnership engagement, including relationship status, history and payments. This will likely include engaging with partners regarding outstanding payments.
- Host and facilitate quarterly online network events to encourage collaboration amongst SSN locations. Support our locations with managing their data integrity. This will include recruiting and managing volunteers. Measure and report on impact using Theory of Change and other metrics, both internally and for our partners. Be responsive to enquiries from potential new partnerships.
Support the Street Support Network Team:
- Provide appropriate support and direction to the two team members.

Who we're looking for
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and creative individual with a detailed understanding and experience of working within youth-based community and faith groups across the UK. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
You will have experience in developing and delivering training, a strong understanding of IT applications (especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and a proven track record of driving projects to achieve agreed outcomes. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent networking skills.
Main role & responsibilities
In this role, you will be an active member of our programmes team and will work across our portfolio of programmes. You will be responsible for regional stakeholder engagement, developing relationships and promoting Ygam training across the UK. You will recruit suitable delegates to workshops, working closely with a range of organisations and families.
You will provide training both face to face and online and will be responsible for the delivery of our assured workshops and promoting the work of Ygam at conferences and events. You will be able to demonstrate the impact of this work by working with organisations to collate case studies and evidence to support the programmes achievements.
