The Role
We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.
Key Functional Areas
- Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
- Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
- Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.
- Information Governance and Data Protection - Ensuring data is kept up to date and added in the correct formats and standards. Leading on data compliance and legalisation for the charity

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

About the Group Housing Officer role:
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and experienced Group Housing Officer to join our small, close-knit housing management team. The Manna Day Centre is a drop-in Centre for homeless and vulnerably housed single men and women. It is run by a team of project workers, under the Director, who are responsible for its smooth operation. Basic Services offered include food, showers, clothing, housing & welfare advice, medical care, and access to laptops. The Centre opens to service users 7 days a week, 8.30am– 1.30pm. The working week for this post is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm each day.
The Senior Housing & Welfare Advice Worker must have a commitment to homeless people, which includes acceptance and respect. Responsibilities are shared among the team according to needs, skills and aptitudes. The annual salary is negotiable (depending on your experience) ranging from £33,775 to £41,359. Job Purpose

Some of the things you would be responsible for as a Community Manager:
- Responsible for the admission welcome including assess new referrals, interviewing potential Companions, welfare and care of Companions, their integration into the Emmaus Community and the wider community at large, developing a sense of extended family.
- Lead and implement a culture which provides confidentiality, promotes professional boundaries, protects data, and safeguards Companions, Volunteers and staff.
- To manage support relating to Companion’s needs regarding their daily living requirements, physical and mental health, safety and personal development.
- To assist and encourage Companions to move into independent accommodation where appropriate
- Ensure that effective Safeguarding systems are in place and maintained, acting as the organisation’s Designated Safeguarding Person, with delegated responsibility for policy development, implementation, and reporting.
- Working in partnership with the Retail Manager, facilitate, encourage, and support companion engagement and training within the social enterprises to ensure they are viable businesses.

Horsham Y Centre provides 24-hour supported housing services offering medium levels of housing-related support for young people aged 16-25 with 50 bedspaces and shared communal facilities. We adopt a trauma informed and psychologically informed approach to supporting our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures. We have a dedicated team of Support Workers, Night Workers and additional Bank Workers who provide support, guidance, and signposting around areas such as housing, budgeting, living skills, jobs, relationship building and wellbeing. Situated in the middle of Horsham, the service has strong links with and contributes to the local community.
We are looking for a Housing Night Worker to join our Horsham Y team. Main areas of responsibilities are:
Safety and security
- Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house welcome to residents, visitors and staff, and ensure the building is safe, secure quiet and welcoming
- Maximise the wellbeing of residents and visitors by ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and house rules, all within the terms of tenancy agreements
- Assess and monitor the risks presented by residents to ensure they can keep themselves safe and, where possible, continue their development
- Record all incidents and accidents and share appropriately with the wider team, your manager and, if necessary, the central safeguarding team
Engagement with residents
- Welcome residents home and provide informal and responsive support so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and acquire the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives

East Sussex Transitional Housing is a low-support service, providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for 102 young people between the ages of 18-25 who have been, or are, at risk of homelessness. We have a small, supportive, and established team which manages 19 housing properties across, Eastbourne, Bexhill and Hastings. We adopt a trauma informed and psychologically informed approach to supporting our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures.
We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our East Sussex Transitional team. You will be based at the YMCA office in Eastbourne but will be visiting our seven properties around Eastbourne each week, meeting with residents in their homes and at the office - main areas of responsibilities are:
Housing
- You will hold a caseload of young people who are housed across our sites with the support of the team.Support provided is light touch, and a good knowledge of partner agencies is essential for relevant signposting
- Interview young people to assess their suitability for our housing
- Support young people to manage their occupancy agreement and adhere to house rules in preparation for independent living.Helping young people navigate shared living skills is key to this role and includes facilitating house meetings, rotas and cleaning sessions
- Support young people to keep up to date with all payments for rent and liaise with housing benefit

- Complete Occupancy Sign up and induction with incoming residents

The role is a job share and based at our beautiful Grade 2 listed building in Southwark. It is based on 16 hours per week working Thursdays and Fridays, with the potential to extend beyond the initial period of maternity cover. Remote working is not appropriate for this role.
Our Centre houses an amazing collection of 25,000 children’s books as well as being a training and event centre for teachers, publishers and everyone else who works with children’s literature and cares about children’s literacy.

Job Purpose
To lead the management and continuous improvement of facilities, safety, maintenance and the provision of accommodation, prioritising contractual and statutory obligations alongside quality management reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- To ensure that relevant staff and volunteers are managed and supported sufficiently to fulfil their role and to operate in accordance with the requirements of legislation, funding arrangements and YMCA Doncaster’s policies, procedures and KPIs.
- To maintain accreditation and compliance records, oversee submissions for quality management and inspections and act as the responsible / senior person as required.
