This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

What We Offer:
· The salary for this role is circa £29,500 dependent on experience with incremental pay progression.
You'll get 25 days holiday + bank holidays ever year. We're closed for Christmas but the rest of the year you may take leave whenever you wish.

The IT Manager will sit within the IT team reporting to the Head of IT. The post-holder will work closely with the managed service provider and IT colleagues to ensure the seamless delivery of IT operations and services. What a day might look like for you

You will:
- Support the Head of Companion Animals with strategy development and implementation as necessary.
- Deputise for the Head at internal and external meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of departmental budgets, and make decisions on behalf of the Head in their absence.
- Lead the management of multiple projects which align with the extreme breeding strategy, allocating tasks to assigned resources in order to ensure that all projects meet agreed quality, cost and timescale parameters.
- Create a strong evidence base for the RSPCA's work on extreme breeding and other welfare issues affecting companion animals, including relevant scientific, legislative, ethical and animal welfare issues and developments in the UK and internationally.
- Monitor, review, analyse, report on and where appropriate respond to, reports and announcements from relevant bodies on proposed EU directives, domestic UK legislation, and the work of parliamentary select committees, Defra, and other governmental and NGO working groups relevant to extreme breeding.
- Be a lead representative for the Society at meetings on extreme breeding to promote its objectives to key stakeholders and target audiences up to the highest levels including government ministers, MPs and senior civil servants, industry and other external bodies, committees, working groups, government representatives and working groups and think tanks and produce associated briefing papers and reports.
- To produce reports on extreme breeding and other companion animal issues, and contribute to departmental newsletters and information sheets and material for RSPCA publications.
What makes a great Scientific and Policy Manager?
To succeed within this role, it is essential that you have:
- A degree level qualification in a relevant biological discipline, plus relevant experience.
- Specific and extensive expertise relevant to animal welfare and companion animals specific to the post.
- A broad knowledge and understanding of animal welfare issues.
- An excellent knowledge and understanding of legislation, regulations and relevant organisations in government, industry.
- Proven experience of developing and implementing successful theories of change and impactful strategies with clear outcomes and objectives.
- Proven experience of high level influencing.
- The ability to build and utilise networks of contacts effectively and to work in coalition with others.
- Proven expertise in developing policy positions, shaping agendas and working in coalition to achieve change.
- Demonstrable research and writing skills with the ability to effectively condense, summarise and make sense of large amounts of information quickly, pulling out salient points and spotting potential weaknesses or problems.

About the Role
We are now recruiting for an experienced Policy and Public Affairs Specialist to lead on planning and delivering Hibiscus’ work on racial and intersectional inequalities in the Criminal Justice and Immigration systems.
Development, research and report writing will be a key aspect of this role; the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting policy recommendations, reports, and consultation responses on issues related to Black and minoritised migrant women in contact with the Criminal Justice and Immigration systems. Supporting the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, they will engage and develop relationships with key political and parliamentary stakeholders, developing and delivering a variety of public affairs initiatives to inform decision-makers and influence policy in Criminal Justice, Immigration and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sectors. The post holder will prepare press releases and statements to address prison and immigration reforms, identifying the gaps of adequate support for women, and will analyse external and internal quantitative and qualitative data relevant to our work.
As part of the role, the Policy and Public Affairs Specialist will be responsible for raising awareness and creating content on the treatment of Black and minoritised migrant women within the Criminal Justice System. The post holder will identify opportunities for influence, monitor trends and developments, and prepare communications, reports and policy briefings to help ensure our work has an impact.
The post holder will also be responsible for leading Hibiscus’ partnership work on the Women’s Justice Reimagined project, advocating for the reimagination of the Criminal Justic System. They will build on Hibiscus’ policy work to raise our profile within advisory and working groups, creating alliances with other organisations in the sector and collaborating with other specialist and third-sector organisations to campaign for policy change and increase policy and decision-makers awareness of the issues Hibiscus works on.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience working in the UK political context to influence change, with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing public affairs strategies and building relationships with policy makers to inform decision making in government and across the Criminal Justice and Immigration sectors.

Job Title: Evaluation Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The newly formed Impact and Insights Team exist to provide research, insights and evidence; helping Magic Breakfast to achieve our mission of ending child morning hunger now and for good. The Evaluation Manager is key role within the Impact and Insights Team, responsible for evaluating the service delivery programme at Magic Breakfast – this includes evaluating new pilot approaches, assessing the impact, driving continuous improvement and shaping our offer enabling us to tackle child morning hunger today.
The Evaluation Manager is pivotal in spearheading the strategic planning, delivery and dissemination of Magic Breakfast’s day-to-day evaluation activity, as part of the wider Impact and Insights Team’s approach to communicating research, evaluation and insights. They will hold responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering a comprehensive programme of evaluation projects to support evaluation and impact measurement, continuous improvement, business development and communication. Our ideal candidate for this role will have experience in social research or programme evaluation.

Role purpose
As Digital Communications Manager, you will be using digital communication channels to support the engagement of our community of supporters, partners, patients, families and staff in the work of the charity and helping realise our shared ambition with the Trust to be national leaders in the delivery of patient care and health innovation. Sounddelivery Media is a dynamic charity that seeks to amplify lived experience stories and expertise to address social inequalities. We work alongside people with direct experience of injustice and inequality to advocate for themselves and their communities.
Our Spokesperson Network constitutes a network of media savvy spokespeople, who have direct experience of social injustices. Developed collaboratively with a network of leaders with lived experience, it aims to diversify the voices we hear in the media and make it more representative of the society we live in. Through training, media mentoring, peer support and speaking opportunities, we tackle the barriers that prevent these experts from engaging with journalists who have the power to influence coverage and ultimately drive change.
Members of our network have spoken on all the major news outlets from BBC Newsnight, BBC Radio Four, ITV News, to the Times, the Guardian, places where they can reach audiences of millions and have influenced documentaries and a storyline for a high profile drama. They’ve become part of policy and advisory conversations: APPGs (All Party Parliamentary Groups), Governmental select committees, speaking at Party Conferences and joining advisory panels.
Our work additionally seeks to support the wider charity sector to develop and amplify lived experience stories and expertise themselves. The role will be responsible for providing strategic vision, inspiration and direction to the charity’s fundraising directorate and for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, approaches and initiatives that are grounded in a deep understanding of both the organisation and its target audiences’ needs.
The post-holder will be involved in high level and complex internal and external relationship management and influencing, as well as being responsible for identifying both risks and opportunities from the wider environment. As well as developing and delivering cross-cutting and multi-year business plans, budgets and reforecasts, the role also sits on the senior leadership team, collectively holding accountability for the charity’s day to day performance.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience across the fundraising portfolio, with a proven track record of delivering significant income targets and driving cross-portfolio decision making. A skilled communicator, you will have a strong track record of engaging, energising and mobilising large teams through visionary strategic leadership.
You will also have a high degree of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and commitment to personal development, alongside experience in setting vision and strategy, and translating these into business plans, budgets and performance frameworks. Finally you will share the charity’s values and desire for Teenage Cancer Trust’s success and drive to meet the needs of the young people they exist to serve.

Age UK's award-winning Corporate Partnerships team is looking for an experienced fundraiser to co-lead Age UK's Corporate Partnerships Management team on a 12 month fixed-term basis.
Alongside the another Senior Manager, you'll bring your passion, drive and strategic mind to create a culture of excellence within the team and build an ambitious partnership management strategy to drive growth and engagement from existing partnerships.
This is an exciting time to join the Corporate Partnerships team as we embark on a new ambitious new strategy to significantly increase the income from partnerships and find new ways to drive impact for older people.
This fantastic opportunity offers hybrid working between home and our London officer near Tower Bridge. Due to the hybrid nature of the role, you will be required to work from our London office once a week. Currently the fundraising team meets on Thursday's.

Must haves:
You'll have direct experience of:
* Working in corporate fundraising, delivering high-value strategic partnerships that have effectively delivered £1M+.
* Experience of different types of corporate partnerships such as employee & consumer engagement, restricted funding/grants and commercial/brand.
* Relationship building and the ability to interact with stakeholders at the highest levels in a professional and appropriate manner.
* Strategy development and implementation
* Building confidence through productive and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including those at senior level.
* Line management and managing teams to deliver outputs at pace.
You'll also have:
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral - with the social skills and presence to communicate to a variety of audiences - up to Board level.
* High levels of gravitas: credible and confident with senior level contacts internally and externally.
* Excellent knowledge of Corporate Partnerships best practice, compliance and innovation.
* Experience in negotiating high level partnership legal agreements and a sound understanding of corporate partnership legal requirements.
* Strong grasp of the corporate fundraising landscape, models and tactics.
* Sound financial management and reporting skills.
* A passion to join Age UK in supporting older people and a belief the partnerships with companies are critical to achieving our strategic goals.
Great to haves:
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders in the wider Income Generation division and most other teams within the Age UK.
* Experience in transformative corporate partnerships delivering direct impact for a beneficiary base.
* Experience in project management, reporting and analysing results.
* Sound administration skills, including a good working knowledge of - MS Office products and databases.

Additional Information
From time to time, we may also require the successful candidate to come into our London office for face-to-face meetings with funders and colleagues at other times in the week: as per the terms of our hybrid contracts we aim to give seven days' notice when this happens.
This role will on occasions require travel outside of London and working outside of normal office hours e.g. for funder events and cultivation.
