About us
Who we are
PiP is a growing London based community charity that support adults with learning disabilities and autism to reach their potential and develop skills for leading a more independent and happy life.
We offer a flexible and dynamic range of educational activities and services such as travel training, creative arts and work placements. We work in partnership with the borough of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and other local authorities to provide the support that our students need to learn and develop. We also rely on our Charity supporters to be able to offer a varied range of experiences and opportunities to our students.
We have a dedicated and enthusiastic Team. Walk through the door of PiP and you are greeted with an energy and warmth that makes you smile! Everyone here is totally committed and passionate about the work we do.
There's never a dull day at PiP, we are constantly trying to break down barriers, do things differently and make the people we support and their families happier and proud.

Our culture and values
We offer person-centred opportunities for people with learning disabilities and differences to be seen, heard and valued for their contribution.
Our vision is a society where people with learning disabilities are valued for their contribution, creativity and individuality. PiP exists because of structural inequalities in the UK education, health and employment systems.
All of our services work to achieve one of the following 5 outcomes:
- Increasing independent living and life skills
- Promoting choice, voice and participation
- Building social skills and interactions with the community
- Improving health, well-being and happiness
- Creating opportunities for progression
It’s about continuing education, learning and development – plus fun! – and a strong focus on ambitious outcomes for our PiP students.
