We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead our 150th anniversary celebrations and coordination of the Girls Rights Collective.
This fixed term role will be leading two exciting projects until December 31st 2025. Both will be foundational in setting GFS up for success in the future and kicking of our work to build our external profile and partnerships.

Fundraising is still a relatively new activity for DFN Project SEARCH and this role presents the opportunity to play a key part in its expansion to support the further growth of the charity and enable young adults with a learning disability to lead healthier, happier, and more independent lives.
This role will support the Director of Development in implementing DFN Project SEARCH’s fundraising strategy. To date the strategy has focused on securing a small number of larger gifts from philanthropic sources, such as trusts and foundations. About the role
The senior marketing manager is a new role within the community and events function at Breast Cancer Now. We have ambitious plans for growth across this area of fundraising and believe that this role will be pivotal to the success of this.
With a team of two including a manager and an officer, this role will support the teams’ delivery of the existing marketing portfolio, including community fundraising activity and a range of third-party events. In addition, this role will also oversee the overarching campaign for the Pink Ribbon Walk series, the charity’s flagship walking product. We have ambitious growth plans for the series in 2025 and will be adding another venue to the portfolio as well as increasing participation at each of our existing venues. This role will also lead on the development and delivery of engaging marketing concepts and campaigns to maximise the potential of new fundraising products.

They will be an effective fundraiser and key contact for grant giving organisations, personal donations and legacies. They will report directly to the Director sharing collective responsibility to deliver the Society’s strategy and vision.
Initially on a 2.5-year fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension subject to funding, the post will work as part of the senior management team and liaise directly with staff, Councillors (trustees), members (known as Fellows) and other organisations and individuals to ensure the successful delivery of their responsibilities.

Person Specification
The Head of Fundraising will have substantial fundraising and management experience, a talent for building relationships and a proven track record in securing funds from statutory sources, foundations, trusts and major donors. They will be a key contact for grant giving organisations, personal donations and legacies. They will report directly to the Director sharing collective responsibility to deliver the Society’s strategy and vision. As such they will need the following:

Further Information
This post is an initial 2.5-year (30 month) full-time contract which will be extendible subject to funding. There will be a short probationary period during which time your skills and suitability for the position will be assessed. Development of fundraising for the Transformation Plan will be the immediate priority. A lot of work has already been undertaken by the Society in preparing for an NLHF application as part of this, but the skill and experience of this post will ensure it has the maximum chance of success. This will include liaising with others, including NLHF staff and our consultants, the More Partnership.
The tasks and role will develop in line with the requirements in that application and the implementation of the Transformation Plan and will be reviewed after the submission of the initial NLHF bid. However, the core responsibilities will remain the development and delivery of successful fundraising strategies, increasing income to the Society.

How Will You Make a Difference?
The Head of Operations collaborates closely with the CEO and SLT to oversee and manage Amna's operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of programmes to reach the communities we serve. Responsible for the efficient management of risk managemet, safety and security, administration and logistics, people and culture, finance, safeguarding, ITC, the role holder plays a key role in maintaining compliance with Amna's guidelines, donors’ rules and regulations, and local laws across programmes and operations. The Head of Operations reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing a dedicated team of three, a Finance Manager, People and Culture Manager and an Operations Officer.
Key responsibilities:
Comprehensive Risk and Safety Management:
- Conduct risk assessments taking into account the diverse geographical locations of team members, organizational partners, and the nature of projects.

The Job
Tiko is a fast-growing and ambitious African non-profit linking vulnerable girls and women to sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence support services in Sub-Saharan Africa via our innovative digital platform. A recent transformational multi-million pound grant is kick-starting us on our way to taking our fundraising and our organization to the next level. As such, we are looking for a experienced, driven New Business Development Lead with a solid track record in personally securing 6 – 7 figure grants from new donors, whether government, institutional, INGOs and/or large trusts and foundations, to join our NBD team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to:
- Conduct prospect research to identify and qualify high quality new donor leads for Tiko and proactively track and respond to large funding opportunities and RFPs, helping us continuously build and enhance our prospect pipeline
- Carry out detailed research and mappings to identify existing links with potential donors, whether through our leadership, Board, donors etc. and recommend pathways to relationship building
- Lead and manage the full proposal development process - from identification of the funding opportunity and detailed review of eligibility/suitability to assess our likelihood of success, through to creating buy-in around responsibilities and timelines, motivating and organizing internal stakeholders, guiding players through every step in the proposal process, gathering inputs from technical leads, working with finance teams on budget development, creating supplementary materials, to rolling up your sleeves and writing the proposal and supporting documents as required (Theories of Change, Risk Matrices, Log Frames etc.).
- Deliver significant funding from new donors (candidates will be expected to show evidence of winning funding of a minimum of 6 figures)
- Create high quality fundraising materials tailored to the needs of specific donor audiences e.g. concept notes, slide decks etc.
- Support the systematization and increased efficiency of fundraising at Tiko through timely updating of Salesforce, and general best practice usage of our tools and project management system (Asana).

About the role
Reporting to Head of Programmes
Term Full-time (37.5 hours per week), 2-year fixed term contract (with potential for renewal, subject to funding)
Location Homebased in the UK, with ability to travel to team workshops/ meetings in the South/ Southwest on an approximately quarterly basis; and to travel internationally approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter

Role Overview
You will manage projects/ programmes delivered through a range of modalities (in person, online, blended) across countries and regions, and in collaboration with partners and other service providers. You will also lead on and/ or contribute to cross-cutting initiatives which develop our organisational capacity as we grow. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will work closely with other project managers as well as colleagues in business development, communications, and facilitation design and delivery. You will find colleagues keen to work with you in the context and spirit of our values. Some international travel (up to 1-2 weeks per quarter) is generally envisaged for project managers, subject to business needs.

The NFCC is a charity and membership organisation, representing all Fire and Rescue Services across the UK. We are the professional voice of fire and rescue services.
The NFCC is seeking to grow and diversify its income so we can be more sustainable into the future, better equipped to deliver against our charitable objects.
To support this mission, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our new commercial strategy and increase our income from business and commercial activity.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, forward thinking, team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and a real passion to deliver as part of an expanding team with ambitious growth plans.
You will have significant experience in business development and / or income generation with a proven track record of generating income and meeting targets with strong commercial awareness.
You will have excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders including members, potential members, Charity Trustees, commercial suppliers and more widely.
You will be confident in managing, inspiring and engaging with both external and internal stakeholders and be a flexible and committed team player.
Main Role Responsibilities
To work with the Head of Commercial and Events on the development of the commercial strategy with the support of Trustees, the senior leadership team, members and other staff and stakeholders as necessary
To be responsible for identifying and delivering key income streams, as outlined in the commercial strategy to meet agreed financial targets and KPIs.
To manage existing and develop new relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfactions whilst achieving and maximising income opportunities.
Measure and evaluate the success of the commercial strategy business development and income generation workstreams.
To represent the NFCC to corporate audiences and at corporate events, delivering pitches and presentations.
To continually be researching new business opportunities for specific target markets.
To develop new corporate partnerships through relationship building.
To be responsible for the account management of appropriate partnerships and provide the highest level of relationship management.
Preparation of reports, briefing papers and other information on various matters, when required.to the senior management team and Trustees including liaison with senior members and officers across the National Fire Chiefs Council, other relevant staff across Fire and Rescue Services.
Act as liaison and first point of contact for commercial enquiries into the NFCC and dealing with them as appropriate. Enquiries may be from within the organisation, other fire and rescue services or elsewhere.
To create and assist in the drafting of timely and well-informed reports, business cases and provide advice regarding commercial developments.
Develop an effective network with Fire and Rescue Service sector groups and other internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain management processes and systems that provide for clear and understandable management information.
