You will be responsible for the implementation and day to day project management of the individual giving programme across our existing and new fundraising products, including our regular giving F2F activity, tribute funds and appeals programme. As part of a small individual giving team you will be working under the direction and authorisation of the Head of Individual Giving.
The Individual Giving team is responsible for income generation from individual supporters and members, using a range of direct marketing techniques via both online and offline channels. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity for Mothers’ Union and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to take on this challenge and join our successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Mothers’ Union’s fundraising strategy as defined by the annual Individual Giving fundraising budget and plan.
- To maintain professional standards whilst representing Mothers’ Union, ensuring both the reputation of the charity and adherence to our fundraising standards are maintained.
- To ensure good communication with F2F agencies, internal team members and the public by making sure that external communication channels are kept up to date.
- To be the primary point of contact for all supporter enquiries and complaints related to face to face fundraising.
- Managing and inspiring members and volunteers to support fundraising activities.
- To be proactive in keeping up to date with industry trends and changes.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

About the role:
This is exciting opportunity for motivated, strategic development operations professional with experience of leading fundraising operations teams.
In this role, the Head of Strategy and Operations will create and lead a world-class development operations function, play a pivotal role in developing and planning the Museum's major capital campaign, and embed best practice in fundraising and information management across the Development directorate.

Key areas of responsibility:

Galop, the UK’s LGBT anti-abuse charity, is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising & Comms team.
Founded in 1982, Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. We are a service run by LGBT people, for LGBT people, and the needs of our community are at the centre of what we do.
We run a National Abuse & Violence Helpline, which brings together our four national support helplines for LGBT victims and survivors of: domestic abuse; hate crime; rape and sexual abuse; and so-called “conversion therapy”.
We provide longer-term support to thousands of LGBT victims and survivors of abuse through our advocacy and therapeutic services. We are person-centred, empowerment-based, and trauma-informed – meaning our focus is always on helping our clients decide what is best for them, and then supporting them through their journey.
We use what we learn through working on the frontlines with clients to work on national and local policy change, to improve outcomes for LGBT victims and survivors of abuse and violence. We began investing in Individual Giving in October 2023, with some key foundation building and early fundraising activity having taken place since then. As Content Planning Manager, you will join Brooke’s Fundraising and Communications Directorate at an exciting time as we deliver our five-year strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping and coordinating compelling written and visual content that engages supporters across every stage of the funnel.
You will manage the full content process from gathering and creation to sharing and measurement. Line managing a small team, you’ll also support our international communications colleagues, including coordinating a conference to bring together colleagues from across the globe. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will ensure all content whether copy, imagery, video or design reflects and strengthens the Brooke brand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing content strategies, with a strong grasp of workflow processes for both online and offline channels. You’ll be a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and planning skills, and a confident communicator who can tell impactful stories tailored to different audiences.

We're looking for an experienced philanthropy fundraiser who is a practicing Christian to become their Head of Philanthropy, London. This is an exciting brand new role. This is a wonderful opportunity to build deep, meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals in London and secure transformational funding that will grow Young Life International’s impact on young people in London, but with the potential for wider influence across the UK and Europe too.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven success in a philanthropy/major gifts role.
- Leadership experience, capable of managing a high-performing team
- Experience in developing and execiting an integrated fundraising and marketing strategy
- Ability to organise and deliver high-quality fundraising events targeted at high-networth individuals

As part of Midland Air Ambulance Charity’s (MAAC) corporate team, the Corporate Partnership Executive is responsible for taking a proactive approach to raising the profile of the charity and deepening relationships with businesses in the communities we serve.
You will provide support to the Senior Partnership Executive and the wider team helping to implement the corporate fundraising strategy via in person and online engagement methods, leading on activity within Staffordshire.
Your focus will be to ensure income growth from corporate sources and activity comprising of new business development, account management and affinity partnerships. As a longstanding charity, we have established networks in place, however alongside this the post holder will need to innovate and develop new ways of working in line with the ever-changing external environment (i.e., global/national trends, corporate best practise such as CSR and ESG) as well as in response to opportunities and challenges happening in the south of our region.
