We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded and solutions focused Senior Operations Manager to join us here at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as part of our Exams Team. 

The RCR creates and delivers exams on the behalf of the General Medical Council (GMC) to assess doctors qualifying as Clinical Oncologists (cancer doctors) and Radiologists (doctors who diagnose through medical imaging). The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the work of the operational exam delivery team, working at a high level to realise our growth plans.

Finance Manager required for an independent regulator who offer fantastic benefits such as 32 days holiday and highly flexible work pattern - either fully remote or 1 day per week in their central London office!

It's a great role that focuses on management accounting and business partnering activities, across 4 key directorates, managing a small team of one.

Key areas of responsibility will include;

• Leading on management accounting activities, with a particular focus on forecasting and risk. Undertaking an initial review of all budget heads, highlighting major variances, and ensuring no mis- postings have arisen
• Collect and collate commentaries from budget holders for the preparation of a monthly finance report for the management board, to include a commentary on cash and outstanding debtors and creditors

In order to be successful in the role, we are looking for a qualified accountant or actively studying towards a financial qualification. You will be confident in preparing management accounts and working with budget holders to highlight risk/opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic, organised and proactive manager to join the Youth Work Team and support our mission to enable young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or unsafe to achieve independence and positive futures.
We have an ambitious plan to deliver an innovative and varied programme of youth work, jobs, employment and education (JET) and lifeskills to young people this year and we are searching for an exceptional candidate to help us succeed in this vision.
We are looking for a candidate who is committed to delivering high quality services to homeless young people. The successful person will be responsible for delivering an innovative and youth-led JET and lifeskills programme as well as supporting with the coordination of our daily day centre service to young people aged 16-24.
You will have experience motivating and inspiring frontline teams, maintaining and building a network of relationships with relevant external agencies and be able to work dynamically and confidently in a fast-paced day centre environment. Main purpose of the role:

After a period of financial transformation, we are now looking for a highly experienced Bookkeeper / Credit Controller. The successful candidate is responsible to provide accurate and timely financial information to both the Community and the National Team. In particular, maintain accurate records of income and expenditure using Microsoft Business Central (Accounting software) and liaise closely with the wider team across L'Arche. Additionally, the Bookkeeper/ Credit Controller will work across various sales ledgers throughout the charity ensuring all monies owed are paid within the agreed payment terms.
