About the Team:

About the Role:
As our dedicated and passionate Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing the Partnership Management team of six to deliver partnership excellence corporate partnership management strategy.
In this role, you will manage and motivate the partnership management team to deliver partnership excellence across their portfolios.

You'll also:

• Coach and support the team to maximise partnership opportunities as well as resolve complex issues.
• Design and deliver the Partnership Management team targets, plans and objectives
• Work closely with teams across WaterAid (eg Communications, Policy, Brand) to identify opportunities and deliver collaborations of shared value for WaterAid and corporate partners
• Work with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Senior Partnership Development Manager and Senior Private Sector Advisor to implement the overall Corporate Partnerships Strategy
• Support the Partnership Development Team in development and delivery of shared value proposals and pitches to new companies to secure long-term corporate partnerships where required

About You:

• A proven track record of managing strategic, high value (6 figure) Corporate Partnerships to deliver shared value
• Experience of developing and implementing partnership development strategies including stakeholder stewardship
• Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change, including leading appraisals and recruitment

Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:

• Experience of working in an NGO corporate fundraising environment
• Experience of managing at least three team members
• A good understanding of International Development

The role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Income Generation to join our senior leadership team. This new and pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing robust income generation strategies to diversify and grow our funding and trading streams. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising or sales, building strategic partnerships, and driving innovation in income generation. As a key player in our organisation, you will lead a dedicated team and work collaboratively to ensure the sustainability and expansion of our vital programmes.

Key responsibilities

Income Generation Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive income generation strategy that aligns with the charity’s mission and goals;

• Identify and explore new income streams, including fundraising, partnerships, and product development.

Fundraising:

• Oversee all fundraising activities, including trusts and foundations and individual giving;

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, funders, and sponsors;

• Develop compelling fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives to attract new supporters;

• Oversee bids and pitches;

• Act as an ambassador for the charity, championing its interests locally and nationally with stakeholders and potential supporters.

Business Development and Partnerships:

About you

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering successful income generation strategies (Essential);

• Demonstrated success in growing income through diverse streams, including one or more of fundraising, partnerships, philanthropy and product development (Essential);

Purpose of job:

The Head of Legal & Assurance will provide expert advice, and hold overall responsibility on all legal, risk, assurance, fraud, safeguarding and compliance matters. The postholder will lead the Legal & Assurance team and work closely with the Executive Leadership and the Board of Comic Relief.

Key responsibilities:

Legal Counsel

· Provide accurate, relevant, and timely end-to-end legal advice for the organisation, including managing resource (internal & external) to ensure effective, timely delivery of legal services.

· Provide legal input into organisational strategy and ensuring legally effective implementation of agreed strategy.

· Lead on identifying, advising on and mitigating legal risks arising from the charity’s operations to protect the charity’s reputation and assets, in particular around contracts, intellectual property, data protection, marketing and advertising, charity, fundraising and company laws.

Key Purpose of the role

As a Head of Commercial Bid Writing, you will lead the bid writing team to write multi-million-pound winning bids for agreed contracts, tenders and frameworks in line with the agreed operating model, enabling United Response to retain and grow income in a sustainable way.

You will be joining Caxton Youth Organisation during an exciting time in our strategy, as we aim to maximise our reach and support the wellbeing of over sixty learning disabled and autistic 11–25-year-olds in Westminster each year, by creating communities, breaking barriers and empowering young people through youth work.
