Duties include general office administration such as diary management, preparing and circulating reports ahead of meetings, taking minutes and supporting the department with various education and outreach activities. What we need:

Since 2006, ROLDA has dedicated itself to aiding vulnerable stray animals in Romania, one of Europe s poorer nations. Our mission includes rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Our EU-standard shelters, inspired by British designs, can house up to 700 stray dogs, providing them with complete veterinary care and preparation for rehoming.
We have supported over 48,000 animals and built two dog shelters and one for disabled and senior cats. Additionally, we offer small grants to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We primarily rehome animals in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. By addressing the root causes of animal homelessness through neutering programmes and educational initiatives, we have significantly reduced overpopulation, helping over 40,000 cats and dogs in Romania and Ukraine.
Job Overview:
As the Volunteer Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and impact of ROLDA through volunteer engagement. This is a remote position that requires strategic thinking, people management skills, and a commitment to achieving our charity’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Volunteer Recruitment and Management:

We're looking for a keen and motivated Training Administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Rugby. You'll be working closely with our Training Manager and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Training Project Manager, facilitating the smooth delivery of workshops, events and meetings, advertising and promoting training workshops and preparing training delivery and feedback reports. The Survivors Trust provides a range of workshops and training opportunities for professionals working with victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will provide high level administrative support for the Training Manager and ISVA Training Project Manager, overseeing training bookings and maintaining a database of trainees on our CRM (Beacon). You will be responsible for collecting and collating feedback from training attendees and preparing reports to support training delivery. Working in collaboration with the Training Team you will support the advertising and marketing of training opportunities including updating relevant website content.
You will also maintain accurate records of training and project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders. Part of your role will include gathering statistics for monitoring and reporting processes.
You will ideally have previous experience of administration in a training setting and/or working in the voluntary sector but please don't be put off applying if you don't meet all requirements. THE ROLE
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for leading the London team’s overall fundraising strategy and activities. CARAS offers holistic early-action support to refugees and people seeking asylum, ensuring individuals have the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive in the UK. About the role:
We are seeking to recruit a Fundraising Executive with a focus on Challenges and Event recruitment to sit within our Public Fundraising Team. The post holder will be responsible for recruiting donors through virtual and in person challenges and events and working with the Fundraising Innovation Team to expand our challenges and events offering. The post holder would be an integral member of the Public Fundraising team and would also support during emergency appeals and support the wider Acquisition team for example in training and shadowing agency fundraisers and working on cross team projects.
