About the role

To  lead our administrative systems efficiently and effectively as well as provide support to the Inclusion London staff team, consultants, projects and the wider organisation.

Alongside providing effective day to day administration, the Administrative Coordinator will also support the planning and delivery of a key part of our work: varied programme of accessible training and events we run for London DDPOs and Campaigners to strengthen their capacity to tackle inequality and promote human rights.

A fabulous opportunity to provide psychological assessment for pupils attending Together Trust education settings and external schools, this post offers the unique opportunity to join a newly established Psychology Service by working systematically in multi-disciplinary teams, promoting the emotional well-being, learning and skill development of children and young people.

Working collaboratively with teams in school environments you will provide highly specialist psychological consultation and direct assessment, followed by formulation and intervention where appropriate.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

About you:

• Registered with the HCPC you will hold a doctorate in Educational Psychology.
• Be able to demonstrate significant post qualification experience supporting children and young people in education settings.
• Have significant experience of undertaking cognitive and psychological assessments, developing formulations and providing recommendations and support plans.
• Be able to deliver training to raise understanding and ability to support children and young people and raise quality of life.
• Be able to demonstrate significant experience in supporting/providing clinical supervision and ability for reflective practice.

We are looking for a well-organised, highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Youth Worker, supporting our mission to enable young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or unsafe to achieve independence and positive futures.

About the role

Do you want to coordinate a holistic and innovative healthy living programme at Share? We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to coordinate activities which will result in sustainable benefits and support adults with learning disabilities to live healthier and happier lives, make connections and feel less isolated. You will plan, co-produce and deliver a series of workshops and interventions and identify changes to be made across Share services while embedding good practice across the organisation.

Main responsibilities 

• You will plan and coordinator a holistic health and wellbeing project which is delivered across Share projects and which supports students; learning goals, health, wellbeing and social development 
• You will plan and deliver specialised workshops in a variety of topics related to health and wellbeing  
• You will work closely with students and recruit student ambassadors to co-produce the project 
• You will line manage a small Health and Wellbeing team

St Germain’s Wellbeing (SGW) was established in 2020 as a community-based mental health service aiming to equip people to self-manage their mental health issues. Now an independent charity, SGW has become one of the main mental health referral points for GP-based social prescribers throughout Birmingham and North Solihull. Each year we support around a thousand service users using evidence-based interventions.

As the Service Manager and Lead Practitioner, you will  manage a dedicated service delivery team of staff and volunteers, training new Emotional Wellbeing Practitioners and collaborating with the CEO on recruitment. Your role will also involve direct service delivery, conducting one-to-one sessions, facilitating group workshops, and managing weekly drop-in support.

In addition to service delivery, you will oversee the monitoring and evaluation of interventions, ensuring outcomes are accurately recorded and reported to funders. You will also serve as the internal safeguarding lead, maintaining and developing policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all service users.

You will work collaboratively with the CEO, Board of Trustees and St Germain’s Church to integrate the mental health service within the church’s holistic community provision, fostering strong partnerships with local referral agents and promoting the service to generate engagement.

The role is offered on a permanent basis, subject to ongoing funding.
