The Role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of key charity partnerships, including Strategic Partnerships, Resilience Fund partnerships, and Development Fund partnerships. Your role will involve identifying new partners, fostering relationships, providing support, and managing grant processes.
Main responsibilities
Manage Charity Partnerships:
- Draft grant agreements and ensure timely grant payments.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with charity partners.
- Keep accurate records and provide strategic recommendations.
Lead Resilience Fund Programme:
- Develop and promote the programme's vision, outcomes, and assessment criteria.
- Maintain constructive relationships with applicants and support their funding requests.
- Assess applications and make informed funding recommendations.
Research and Development:
- Conduct research into social issues to inform their funding strategies.
- Share insights and learning opportunities with colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider sector.
- Plan and deliver learning events for charity partners.
Youth Engagement and Reporting:
- Identify and implement opportunities to involve young people in our work.
- Produce regular reports for the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and Trustees.
- Participate in Committee meetings, providing updates on your areas of responsibility.

At Cruse Bereavement Support, we are looking for a Trust and Foundations Manager to lead our vitally important trusts and foundations income stream. You will line-manage a Trusts and Foundations Officer and be part of a wider Partnerships Team, which includes national corporate partnerships, external training and consultancy. This role is a remote role, but you will be an active member of the Cruse family, in daily contact with many colleagues from all areas of Cruse for video calls, phone calls, email and instant messaging. The hours are 35 per week (but would consider 30+ hours over 5 days).

- Website Management. Oversee the development of a new website. Update and maintain the charity's website content in line with best SEO practice. Ensure integrations are working correctly i.e. website is correctly integrated with Zapier and is pulling through subscribers to Mailchimp.
- Internal Communications. Develop engaging staff communications and opportunities to share successes and drive motivation amongst staff. Seek new opportunities to share information team-wide.

The Finance Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the Charity and providing timely and accurate financial information. The team is responsible for ensuring there is a strong financial control environment, and for providing support and advice on all finance matters to employees across the charity.
You will be required to be in the office at least two days per week and will have a high level of financial acumen and understanding. As the Finance Manager - Compliance, Controls & Reporting, you will assist the Head of Finance in all elements of technical accounting, including financial compliance, internal financial controls, and financial reporting. · Prepare and submit all Office for National Statistics, Charity Commission, Companies House and OSCR (Scottish Charity Regulator) returns.
· Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, ensuring compliance with VAT reverse charges and applicable business/non-business VAT recovery rules.
· Be the first point of contact for internal and external partners regarding technical accounting and related matters, including charity VAT and Trading rules.

· Keep up to date with all technical finance developments and reporting requirements applicable to the charity.
· Manage Finance team GDPR deletion requests and GDPR compliance actions.
· Maintain insurances for the organisation and be the first point of contact between insurance brokers and the organisation for queries and claims.
· Manage the interface between the finance system and the grant management system to ensure the correct recognition and ageing of grant liabilities.
· Provide cover for the Finance Manager - Transactional Accounting as required.

The Legacy and In Memory Manager will take ownership of Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex's (KSS's) approach to Legacy and In Memory Giving.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee all day-to-day activity around legacy and in memory fundraising, ensuring campaigns and activity are effectively coordinated and that broader teams are enabled to support delivery
- Own, develop and deliver a range of impactful, innovative and insight-led fundraising campaigns to a range of audiences, and produce accurate and regular campaign evaluations, providing future recommendations
- Drive forward KSS Legacy Fundraising strategy and look to implement an In Memory Giving fundraising strategy to increase income
- Lead on the development and delivery of the In Memory fundraising programme including the creation of a tribute fund programme
- Establish, develop and maximise the potential of tribute funds at KSS and manage the relationships with associated families/supporters.
- Identify new ways to increase the efficiency of campaigns and activity by developing, testing and evaluating new approaches to donor acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Work with colleagues within marketing and other teams to implement new methods, and channels that deliver scalable growth.
- Own the welcome experience for in memory donors and those who have enquired about legacies, and work collaboratively to ensure that ongoing processes for thanking, stewardship and donation processing are effective.
