Location: The post holder’s location/office will be Liverpool based but they will also need to work where relevant/required including traveling, therefore a full, clean driving licence and access to your own car is essential. Mileage will be reimbursed for any travel used to deliver the role.

The Baytree Centre (registered charity no 1175145) is a women and girls social inclusion project based in the heart of Brixton, working to support local women and girls from some of the most deprived wards in Lambeth. Inspired by Catholic Social Teaching, we aim to build confidence and self-esteem, promote aspirations, broaden horizons, and help our beneficiaries to improve life chances for themselves, their families, and their communities. Overall Purpose of Role

The Corporate and Individual Donor Manager will play a leading role in driving our fundraising strategy, cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and individual donors to secure vital funding for our programmes. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in donor management and fundraising.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Corporate Donor Management

• Develop and implement a targeted corporate fundraising strategy to significantly grow corporate donations.
• Identify and research potential corporate partners, aligning their CSR objectives with the mission of The Baytree Centre.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to corporate donors, highlighting the mutual benefits of partnership.

Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager

As our ‘Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager’ you will develop, deliver, and manage a range of corporate and community fundraising initiatives that will help the Throat Cancer Foundation (TCF) promote and deliver its services.

About Us

Founded in 2012 we are a UK charity that provide support, advice and information to patients and their loved ones who are affected by cancers of the head, mouth, neck, chest, and those throat cancers caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). We also campaign for universal HPV vaccination to prevent any future devastating throat cancer cases. Raising awareness of HPV and how it causes throat cancers has been and continues to be a large part of our work.

About the role

The successful applicant will work closely with the CEO, the management team, and Trustees to implement, develop and deliver a fundraising strategy that meets the charity’s challenging income targets. This post will play a vital role in helping us to deliver our range of throat cancer support programmes to patients, families, as well as to medical professionals and the scientific research sectors. The Senior Digital Manager will oversee the delivery of the ambitious growth strategy for National Theatre at Home, having responsibility for driving acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across marketing and product, to drive audience and brand growth.

The role reports to the Head of National Theatre at Home, supporting the strategic delivery as well as reviewing and setting the roadmap against KPIs, and managing a team of two marketers. The role works collaboratively with Data, Programming and content teams across the NT and will play a key role in developing new and innovative ways to bring streamed theatre to  new global audiences.

EduSpots is an innovative, dynamic, and community-driven UK and Ghanaian registered charity which connects, trains, and equips voluntary community educators to drive community-led change through education spaces named ‘Spots’. About this role

Following the significant development of EduSpots’ income and activities in the last year, we are looking for an experienced finance and operations professional to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer, Head of Development, and Head of Operations (Ghana-based) to ensure the development of robust financial and operational systems, policies and processes. 

The candidate can work from any location, but will have a strong knowledge of UK law and charity accounting in an international development charity context. You will be a self-starter, able to work independently on tasks assigned, whilst proactively suggesting improvements to our systems, policies and wider strategic development.

Main duties and responsibilities 

• Work with the UK Finance Officer (volunteer) and Ghana based Finance Manager and Head of Operations to oversee global finances, so that consolidated management accounts and donor financial reports can be produced.
• Support with the roll-out of new accounting software and reviewing intercompany financial processes to ensure accountability and compliance with recognised accounting standards.
• Support with bank account management and reviewing funds transfers.
• In future, possibly manage staff payroll, including tax and pension contributions.

As CTA's Business Development Manager, your role involves increasing the uptake of MiDAS training and growing CTA membership. To do this you will need to have/develop an in-depth knowledge of the sector, be able to conduct your own research, develop relationships with our key stakeholders, and track performance metrics.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team (we work a 4 day week - Monday to Thursday).  TheGivingMachine is a dynamic and innovative charity dedicated to ensuring that all good causes can access regular, unrestricted funds.

To do this we leverage our charity status to provide funding avenues that are not available to good causes elsewhere.  We have generated over £2.25m to support thousands of schools, charities and community organisations so far and want to accelerate our impact with this position.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand the number of good causes benefitting from our GivingLottery service. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication/marketing  skills (verbally and digitally) and strong experience and understanding of the charity sector - in particular community causes.

We're looking for an experienced Events Manager to join our External Engagement Team (EET), to lead strategy and delivery of our portfolio of events, including our Annual THET Conference and the UK-Africa Health Summit, alongside other events such as in UK parliament, and overseas.

You will work closely with the with the Policy and Events Officer and the Communications and Convening Coordinator, and also engaging closing with different functions and teams across THET for successful delivery.

If you have a track record for delivering physical and online events particularly targeted at the likes of policy-makers and decision-makers, ideally in health/ development, this is a great opportunity for you to join a welcoming and high performing team.

You'll be working hands-on and will need to be available in London for key events, and occasionally other parts of the country/ overseas and sometimes at unsociable hours, ensuring availability at our flagship events THET Conference 6th and 7th November 2024 and UK-Africa Health Summit 17th to 19th March 2025. We are looking for a Procurement and Contract Manager to join the RBL team and oversee activity within our Fundraising, Remembrance and Marketing Directorate.

Supporting the Procurement Team, you will be working on implementing activities to ensure RBL procurement is a best in sector function.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Identification and management of procurement projects that deliver maximum value and mitigate risk

· Partner with business stakeholders to become a trusted and valued business partner

· Establish client requirements, lead the investigation, development and implementation of strategic category plans, benchmarking and cost analysis techniques

· Assisting with the growth and development of the Procurement function to include developing and use of tools and templates, reporting and delivering training to business stakeholders

· Provide support on the development of and where appropriate directly manage key supplier relationships to improve delivery performance

What the job involves

As the leader of a flexible and multi-skilled team, a mixture of Health Influencing and Policy specialists you’ll use your expert knowledge and skills to maximise the positive impact that we have in shaping health policy and practice to effectively deliver on our strategic priority to maximise our positive impact for men with prostate cancer.

You’ll provide effective and timely analysis of a wide range of complex policy issues, identifying policy developments that we can and should influence, or that we should support the implementation of, to further our impact with our communities. You will promote understanding of the health and care system among internal staff and our external communities and audiences.

You’ll grow our ability to successfully influence key stakeholders for the delivery of our strategy, particularly NICE for approval of new treatments. You’ll ensure that the team have strategic relationships with health stakeholders across the UK (e.g. Cancer Alliances/Health Boards) so that we can proactively engage them to support the delivery of our strategic priorities and rapidly react to care issues that arise.

What we want from you

You’ll bring an excellent understanding of the different health services, policy and systems across the UK and how these can be influenced. You’ll be an excellent communicator and presenter, credible at senior levels with external stakeholders and partners.

We’re looking for someone experienced in developing and managing influencing strategic programmes, working across team and organisational boundaries ensuring the ranging evidence collected is used effectively to provide a strong analysis. 

You’ll have experience of influencing significant service improvement or policy change at a national level, including the approvals process for new treatments. You’ll be familiar with identifying, interpreting, and critically appraising a wide range of evidence and data to provide sound analysis of policy issues.
