Who we are

Citizens Advice Westminster provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to local residents; some of which are the most vulnerable in society. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

The vision and aims of the Citizens Advice service are:

• To provide the advice people need for the problems they face; by ensuring individuals do not suffer from a lack of knowledge about their rights and responsibilities;

• To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives; by ensuring a responsible influence is exercised on the development of social policies and services that affect local people

By offering advice across key areas such as benefits, debt housing and employment we aim to bring about positive changes to people’s lives.
