Who we are
FareShare Sussex & Surrey works with all facets for the food industry to redistribute nutritious surplus food to our charity members since 2002. We work with 150 charities across three counties redistributing over 1000 tonnes of food a year.This is enough for 22,000 meals a week.
Our culture and values
Nurturing and curating a positive workplace culture is a top priority of our Leadership Team. We want all our people to flourish and know that it is key to set the right culture for this to happen.
Our 2024 annonymous Staff Survey showed 100% of our staff team stated they have friends at work, feel respected and encouraged to come up with new and better ways of doing things.
